I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend. She loves it . She can go on the internet and do basic applications without a problem. The speed is good for what she needs it for. No complaints.

It was a decent deal for the price. Overall I'm quite happy south this. The only issues are the sound really lacks in quality and the battery life isn't as good as I hoped it would be. But good otherwise for some work and browsing.

I purchased this computer for my 67 year old mother to use for day to day tasks. She checks emails, types letters, facebook, things like that. The price was really good for the specs that you get. My mom hasnt had any complaints as of yet.

It's a great computer for work.Very good deal, this is a decent budget laptop with a good configuration. Fast i5 CPU and plenty of RAM; 6 GB RAM and 1 TB HDD, DVD and camera are plus.

The Inspiron Touch Screen Laptop is GREAT! All the great features of more expensive models for almost 1/2 the cost! Kudos to the Best Buy TEAM that helped me with my decision... they were, as usual, great and filled with good advice!

We like the look and how light weight the computer is; we can carry it easily. My grand daughter finds it easy to use. However, she has locked herself out by forgetting her password.

This touch screen laptop is much better than the touch screen laptop I purchased about a year ago. so far , so good. I've only had it a couple of months, we will see how it holds up.

I got this for my friend as he was looking for a touchscreen laptop under 350$ and this was just the right option as it has good configuration and overall good value for money...

This computer was a very good deal. It had all of the specs that I wanted and had some extras that I didn't expect. I upgraded from an older dell inspiron and I'm expecting that I will love this new computer as I did my last one

I bought this for myself for work to replace an older i5 Dell. A coworker was blown away by the speed and sleek design. Now he's using it and I'm still with the older laptop.

I am pleased with the computer. I am a teacher, so I have to have it for work. I also like to research or pay bills online. The touch screen makes my task quicker to perform.

Its a nicely configured laptop, with great for anyone who is interested in watching videos and browsing

I use this for work and it is incredible! Light weight, and fast. I wasn't too sure if I would like the touch screen, so I went old school and got a wireless mouse also. I love both. I recommend this laptop to everyone

This is an excellent laptop computer. It is very well built and loaded with features. The i5 processor is lightning fast. The screen is very responsive and very clear. Great laptop and a good bargain.

This computer replaced an old laptop and it fast and run really fast. One thing I don't like is the keys on the keyboard but I can deal with it for the price I paid.

I had my old laptop for years before deciding to upgrade and buy a new one. All of the features are great. Still trying to get used to the touchscreen as I'm old school. But it is a nice product and easy to use.

According to our daughter it is perfect for her needs. Has plenty of storage and we were able to get relevant programs she needed installed. Also purchased Geek Squad for a year should she need any assistance.
