Have only had a few weeks. Bought for our teenage son for school work and for interaction with music apparatus for hobby. So far good laptop, especially for price.

I bought this computer for general word processing and internet surfing, there's a ton of room to download my photography work, and keep my important documents, and I'm really pleased with that, What I wonder about is that although it has an i5 processor and is supposed to be fast, the computer seems to be slow to open documents and web pages. I don't know whether to blame the machine, or Windows 10. As I become more familiar with the machine, I'm hoping to provide an answer to this question. The price was great on this unit, comparable notebooks were running hundreds of dollars more.

I like this laptop, touch screen works great and good images. 4 stars because the battery life isn't very long. After a few hrs of use it needs charged again.

Bought an open box of this laptop for a family member. Overall, it is good laptop for basic computer usage. My main complaints are 1. the hard drive is slow (an SSD upgrade would fix that) and 2. there is no light/notification to indicate whether the caps locks or num lock is on or off. 3. there is no light to indicate hard drive activity or power status. My suggestion is to better research the product before buying and comparing to similar products to prior to purchasing. In addition, don't do a simple spec comparison between products. Look at the layout and design of laptop itself.

This computer does everything a student needs, also has a bright screen and a good processing speed, has a gret finish and it's easy to type on this keyboard.

I bought this computer for my wife for a Xmas present to be used for basic tasks..Email...Online Shopping...Surfing the net...Social Media...thus far she is happy with all of the features it has to offer.

My 10 year old daughter received this laptop for Christmas. Overall it has met her needs so far for what she uses it for and is pretty decent for the price.

I would recommend this item to anybody. The computer works in perfect conditions for all kinds of works, such as programming, coding and doing graphic design. I like specially the touch screen.

Got this laptop on one of their daily deals promotions. Great price for the specs of the system. Wish it came with Win7 but I'll get used to Win10.

I like the computer, However I am still trying to understand some of the functions. I didn't like how you have to purchase different programs.

I bought this computer for my 9th grade son. I have had excellent luck with past Dell laptops. The screen is a nice size and he uses it constantly for homework and projects. Highly recommend.

It is a fairly low cost laptop with a nice touchscreen. It is not high end but it very capable. It was bought for my freshman son and he loves it.

This laptop has performed fairly well so far. I am not a power user by any stretch, mostly Office products, with some web browsing, and some other apps. No issues so far, but mechanically speaking, I am not a big fan of the mouse pad. There is some sensitivity and lag issues that can sometimes be annoying. Even with one finger, sometimes the screen will re-size, and at times, the mouse will lag a little. Nothing horrible, but a simple wireless mouse has made this a non-issue. This is the only reason that, at this point, the unit is 4 stars, not 5.

Dell laptop comes with touch screen for such a low price is awesome. Built quality is good and light weight. The only disappointment is the screen is not HD but its ok to use for daily life.
