The computer does everything we need it to do. It's fast enough and we enjoy the big screen. We also like the touch screen feature.

This is a nice computer for the price. I love the touch screen option. My only two complaints, and they are pretty big ones, are that the battery doesn't last very long. The main thing, though, is that I absolutely HATE the touch pad. This is my fourth Dell laptop and this is the worst touch pad ever. It is located too far to the left, like about 1/2 inch over from where it is located on my last one, and so I am always hitting the wrong button. As a transcriptionist who types day in, day out, it is extremely irritating. It is also completely flat, meaning without looking you can't tell which button you are touching, because really there are no buttons. Just a line separating them, which you cannot feel with your thumb. This is by far the worst feature of the laptop, and is totally the main reason I didn't give it a higher rating. I even tried switching the buttons, but it still doesn't work well. I did get a good deal on it, though, and bought it sight unseen. I do prefer the actual keyboard over the last one I have, though, because it is much more type-friendly and I can type much faster on it. I hope they never use this touch pad layout again on future laptops because it's awful.

This laptop looks good and perform as expected. I am satisfied with the overall performance.

I purchased the laptop, with non-taxable geek squad tech support, at Atlanta Douglasville location and had it delivered to my son in Florida. He took it to the Florida Plantations location for a price adjustment because it went on sale. Instead of adjusting the price, the Plantation manager refunded the sale then rang up the sale without my credit card. This caused the geek squad support to be taxed. Florida manager did not want to credit the tax although the geek squad tech support was not originally taxed.

I bought this for my wife and she likes it a lot. The touch screen makes it very easy to use

Only had for couple days. Very EASY setup. Looked at other laptops. This had same features as others, but at a much better price.

Laptop is Good product for the money. Also, had to buy geek service, office home 365s and webroot s2 internet security software.
