Dell Notebook PC & a Rewards Program

Had to purchase this system due to a catastrophic failure of a HP notetbook system I purchased from Best Buy approximately 4 months ago. Best Buy has NOT been a customer friendly company in that, although the HP's Webroot software is listed on my Rewards Membership, the failed HP computer is not...attempted to add it but to no avail. Typical bad off-shore support...beware.
