great help in choosing our computor

He showed us many computers and asked us questions about how we would use the computer. he told us about options for security. we were very happy with all our choices and geek squad was terrific.Our biggest disappointment was the waiting in lines for so long !! after waiting in one line for service for15min. -had to move to another line for 10 min wait.
