Computer did exactly what I needed it for. It's a great computer for work. I use excel on it a lot.

I went with the i5 because it was a similar configuration to my work laptop. It was still a huge improvement over my Surface 2, so I was excited. I thought the description said the keyboard was back-lit; it is not. Come to find out, that is important to me. And, the start-up is pokey. I was hoping for a WOOSH. Also, the main screen is not very responsive to signing in. Sometimes I need to hit NUM LOCK, sometimes I don't, and I get it wrong each time. Other than that, the computer is easy to use, fast enough for what I need, has a very responsive touch screen and I hope it lasts forever.

This laptop had all the needed speed, storage, and functionality that was needed for my granddaughter's first laptop to meet her school work needs. She is very happy with it and it is serving her well.

The dell was very affordable and had the latest software already installed. It is also a touch screen which seems to be the rave amongst teens today.

I have been in the market for a new laptop for a few years now. I'm an avid review reader, but I knew I wanted to go the Dell route. After browsing Best Buy online, I came across this one. Great price and the exact size that I wanted. I wasn't too hype about the touch screen at first, but let me tell you, I use it ALL THE TIME! It's a perfect feature to use when you're lying in bed and don't want to wake the hubby with the clickity clack of the normal keyboard! This laptop has every feature (and more) that I need.

I just love the idea that this laptop is touch screen and did I mention that I got it at a reasonable price. My 6 year old son can operate it like a pro. Don't think, just buy it.

It's a great laptop. The sound quality is so, so and it freezes randomly( not a lot just a couple times) but over all it's a nice laptop for getting it so cheap. It's light weight and easy to clean. The sensor pad( mouse) is off center so that takes time to get use to. Battery could last longer, I have to charge it at least twice a day if I'm working on major project which have the laptop on all day. Over all, the laptop is great, yes some things could be better, yet for a laptop of this quality and this price it's wonderful.

Have no problems with this pc. has enough memory and more than enough disk storage. Have not had any problems. very good for internet use and Office. Did not purchase for gaming.

Ordered as an Xmas present for my daughter to go off to college. She loves it especially the touch screen and the fact that it has loads of memory for her to upload docs and pics.

This computer runs Win 10 and has a touchscreen. It is powerful for everyday jobs. It has been a good purchase and looks to be a quality product that could easily cost more.

This is practically a complete laptop with all my preferred features (e.g. 6GB memory, Intel Core i5, bluetooth connectivity). I have not seen anything like it for the price.
