PC is Slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Windows 10 makes this PC run very slow. it is replacing an older dell laptop running Win 7. The old laptop runs faster :(. I removed Win 10 and installed Win 7 on it and it now runs faster, however it was painful to do the downgrade and I was not able to use all the disc storage since some of the disc is locked by Win 10 and not able to be reused.

Not as good a product as expected

Windows 10 on new laptop not as user friendly or as intuitive as was update to Windows 10 from Windows 7 on old laptop. Insufficient documentation to facitate set up, transfer files and data from old laptop to the,new one, even Community computer expert could not resolve.

Amazing Features

The laptop is fairly cheap when comapred to its specifications. The real sense camera is amazing technology and with the 2.8GHz processor the laptop is super fast.

slow startup and numerous operating issues

Saved too much money

After an hour of looking at different computer options I selected one I really liked, but as often happens at BB, it was not in stock. The Dell was purchased as a second choice. I should have waited. This computer takes forever to boot up and seems to have poor internet connection capabilities. Once it gets going, it's no better than average.

Screen was not seated screen cracked

It had been sitting on my nightstand and the screen was cracked this laptop has never been dropped or anything. Took back to Best Buy and the Geek squad guy stated that the screen wasn't seated properly. Which caused pressure on it and made it crack. No fault of mines but they wouldn't fix it.
