Windows 10 Cortana problems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this unit on 12/3 had geek squad install some software & set up unit.picked it up on 12/4.laptop was to be a gift for niece for x/mass.started setting up e-mail etc on 12/5.Cortana in Windows 10 initially worked then stopped as well as the getting started videos for Windows 10 would not load.Had geek squad.com remote in to 'fix"problem on 12/5 and again on12/6 both times the repairs did not last and problems returned.advised by geek squad.com to bring unit back to store.12/7 left unit @ store after going over the two problems with a tech.12/8 was told the unit was ready for pick up.before leaving I asked the tech if they tried restarting the computer after fixing the problems as this is when the problems re-occur.they said yes everything checked ok with no problem occuring @ restart.got home fired it up problems still exist.extremely disappointing experience.huge waste of time setting up e-mail,Cortana,Microsoft account,waiting online for geek squad to fix problems and driving back and forth to Best Buy

Numerous issue within first 3 hours of use.

Did alt, ctrl, delete. Nothing happened. Restarted device. All seems well until trackpad randomly stops working. Was returned immediately following these issues. Not worth money paid.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This laptop is wast of many because: 1) keyboard is loose and may come off any minute. 2) the mouse surface area is not sensitive at all. 3) although claimed to be touch screen, do not expect anything even close to a real touch screen. 4) extremely slow. In summary, it is waste of money.
