It took like forever to boot up. HDMI cable connectivity was poor, would see scrambled screen displays. Gave it back in 3 days and bought a macbook pro..

1st open-box came w/out power cord. 2nd didn't work

I purchased this laptop about 3 weeks ago. I was looking for something that would work with my photo editing software without paying an arm and a leg. I was directed to this. Overall, it looked perfect. Just what I was looking for. I didn't need a lot of software to slow down the machine. Just the photo editing software. Right away, it kept disconnecting from the WiFi. I kept reinstalling the driver and updating it. Constant disconnecting. I was ready to throw the laptop through the window. I'm not sure what I did but it seems to be working ok now. It hasn't disconnected in a couple of days. The second reason I'm thinking of tossing it through the window is the display adapter.. It is also constantly crashing and recovering itself. I would be in the middle of editing a photo or even just browsing the internet. The screen would go black and a little message would tell me the adapter stopped working and recovered itself. I haven't owned a Dell in many years. I think I am finding out why. On the plus...I really like the lighted keyoard. It really helps. The touchscreen is something I don't use very often. The computer is a little slower than I would like it to be as far as editing is concerned. Sort of bogs down during the process. That's where I find most of the display adapter issues happening. If this is your first and don't know how to adjust the settings, it's going to get irritating and test your patience as far as adjusting the settings. This is my first Windows 10. I, honestly am having a difficult time learning how to use it. Hence the reason for not upgrading my old computer.

I saw reviews online describing the display driver crashing and resetting. I asked the guys in Best Buy who told me they had never heard of this issue. Despite me showing them the specific reports online, they still dismissed the possibility. I purchased the laptop and within 2 days the display driver had crashed 3 times. I went back to Best Buy to let them know. The customer should not have to have the responsibility of doing the homework on the products they sell. I also don't understand how Dell can continue selling a product with a known issue.

Was looking for a quality computer without breaking the bank. Was orginially going for a HP, but this was only a little more and had way more features. Coming from a basic HP computer to this was great, it's the little things I love: backlit keyboard, matte finish and fast processor.

It was very easy to set up and start to use. However the battery leaves much to be desired. I only use it for pretty much have to have it plugged in constantly while I'm using it. That's fine for me but it may not work for someone who is always on the move.

Deal completely justified to the price... I used for my personal work and looks gr8 to me. Nice configuration... suggest to go for it.. Just wanted to add one point, this product includes cd RW...

Laptop was great at first, but then 6 days after purcahse it showed that my graphics driver had stopped responding, and had restarted, but then it happened again. Thought it was a hardware issue so i exchanged it and within 20 minutes of opening it I had the same issue.

It appears to have lots of features and capabilities, awesome for personal use. Touch screen and keyboard are great features

Excellent computer. Handles everything that my wife needs. Touch screen was a plus.

i was wary to get it because of windows 10, but it wasn't hard to get used to. i am not a gamer, so i use it for online viewing for the most part. i would think a gamer may like it.

Great computer for a student on the go. Light enough to throw in a bag to tote to class.

I have spent 20-30 hrs troubleshooting with Dell online. This laptop has had graphics errors, will not stay connected on Wi-Fi. I finally complained enough that they sent out a home technician, replace wifi card, HDD and motherboard. It still would not work. Another series of calls another four days wait, another new hard drive and software install. Still will not run. I am beyond the window to return it to Best Buy, Dell has been ZERO help. Do not bother with this laptop. There isn't enough bad things for me to say about Dell service or this laptop. I would not reccoment to an enemy

Bought this computer for my significant other works exceptionally well! No lag what so ever ,clear and crisp visually.

Great price for what it offers. Quick processor and plenty of space for storage.

Great laptop for basic needs and lite business use.
