The 6th gen processor makes this an amazing buy for the price. Even without the touch screen this would have been a great deal!

After we got the Dell Inspiron home and the excitement wore down, we began setting up the laptop. Setup was a bit difficult requiring some workarounds. The preloaded software was poor and took some doing to find suitable replacements especially for email. After owning it for two weeks, the computer crashed and dumped everything. After getting it back on line the next day, it crashed again. This time nothing worked except for the Web browser. Everything else was locked up. Hard reboots resulted in no improvement. When we took it in, everything worked for some reason. The Geek Squad had no ideas and sent us home saying that we should let them know if it happens again.

I usually have Toshiba, however so far I have been pleased with this Dell.

I bought this laptop for work. It's very good and I have no complaints.

For the price and for what I need this this is perfect I only need it to keep track of invoices and stuff like not much saving or web surfing so it's a great item

Love the new laptop. Does all I need to do. Ease of use is equal to the Win10 learning curve. Only con is the sign on page. I can't opt out of the option. Stupid.

This laptop is exactly what I needed. The guy who helped me was very very helpful. I would definitely tell my friends about Best Buy and the laptop I purchased.

Excellent features and functions for managing class reunion data

I was really happy with this computer. I got it for school and it is easy to use and was really easy to set up.

According to the specks this is a great laptop, no problems so far. And that grey metallic finish gives it a distinctive look of a more expensive product.

I like the smart sense camera it works great and I can take pictures with it.

I like my Dell laptop but the picture quality of images on the screen are not sharp. The color appears to be faded or washed out. I like screen quality of my IPAD better.
