I purchased the Inspiron for basic computer processing, no gaming, streaming etc. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and set up was extremely easy.

I bought the computer looking at the awesome reviews it had. The functions are great, but the computer is too slow. I don't know if it's just mine or if all of this computers are like this. My previous laptop was must faster (thought it is very old) that this one. Even my 12 year old brother prefers to use the old one because he thinks that's better. Guess, I got what I paid for.

Great buy and an better deal. Everything about it is perfect, speed, accessories, and technology. More hard disk than I need. Highly recommend!!!

Bought when I got a black friday deal. It was worth the price you pay with i5 processor. but it was older generation sadly.

I did some research before buying this laptop. There are so many outlets you can find for reviews. You'll always find positive and negative, but you just need to take that leap on some things. This laptop was a great purchase for my son. He can do all of his school work, listen to music, watch videos, etc. Not exactly a gaming laptop but it holds it's own with pretty much everything else.

I bought this for my wife to use with her hobby of scrapbooking. She edits her photos in PS Elements and then prints for her books. This machine has the same specs as my MS Surface so I knew it was plenty powerful for her use. That said, it was incredibly slow straight from the box and completely unuseable with Elements. Long story short, took it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad guy suggested we remove all of the Dell bloatware. Now it runs as it should... amazing that Dell would sabotage their product like that. I was one day away from returning it!

For some reason the trackpad stops working for a couple seconds every 3 minutes or so, touch screen is nice but its awkward since it sits like a laptop

So far this has been a quality laptop. We have had it for about a month and no issues. The true test would be to see how it is working in 6-12 months. I don't foresee any issues though.

This laptop has served me well for many years although it is starting to come apart now it is a good laptop.

I like this laptop, I got it a few weeks ago for Black Friday and so far my only complaint is that the speakers are on the bottom for some reason

bought this laptop yesterday for my dad with the perfect specifications as per his requirements and reviews were also good. But it turned out to be the opposite. Cursor hangs every 3 mins, lagged and even while writing this review it has hanged twice and the screen blacked out. Scrolling using touchpad worked only once and after that it too disappeared. Touchscreen is good though. Wondering am I the only one to face these issues on the very first day.

This laptop allows me to get high ping and low fps when trying to play Minecraft, this allows me to lag to take no damage or knockback.

I got this laptop for son who is in college because someone stole his. He says it works great for school. Loves the touchscreen

Excellent product! Despite having made the purchase on black friday, the laptop arrived rude, and no problems. Very fast computer, excellent storage space. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I had it for 6 years and loved it. It was a great for college and even some emulation.
