Lag kills
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although I read the reviews, I hoped to not experience the problems that other users did with fresh-out-of-the-box lag. I tried to download updates, copy documents from my external hard drive, and change settings. All of these caused lag and locking of the machine. I gave up after three re-boots. I'll wipe my info and return it tonight. I'm very sad. I will have to find something else.

Crackling sound from speakers

But after opening it, I wasn't quite satisfied. There was this crackling sound from the speaker which kept buzzing as soon as i switched on the laptop. Problems with touch pad and scrolling! I do not recommend this product.

worst product I ever bought

The touch pad is not responsive and courser freeze. While on you tube, i tried to exit full screen, it delivers some strange instruction. I will return it and never buy Dell computer again.

Bummer so far

Out of the box, tried setting up, to Geek Squad for repair. It was super slow, kept locking up etc. Got a lemon, hopefully Geek Squad can repair or replace it. Not what I expected from a Dell, bad quality control.

Broke within first week

I don't know if this was just for mine because the ports were not sturdy and easy to put things in when I got it, but they were trash. It was a pretty great laptop until I ran into the broken charging port problem.

VERY disappointed
