    We bought the laptop to replace a older tower. Good features with CD, drive, usb, and card ports. Need software added like office. Windows 10 is new and takes some time to cover. Had trouble reading usb drive. Even my young daughter confused.

    I purchased this laptop to replace my old i5 and anticipated it not having issues but it is nothing but issues. Especially when utalizing the mouse pad then it freezes,then I have to use the touch screen to reset the mouse pad. Rather iritating.

    There is issue with mouse pad, it doesn't respond and gets stuck. Page Scroll, click, double click don't work all the time. Still have to observe other features.

    Happy for what I had paid for it. Picture or Video quality not bad at all from I5 5th gen. Bluetooth personally I believed a little bit week in signal.
