This is a good laptop for the price, It just doesn't work best with setting and hard to find how to change things like it will reset on it own and the mouse pad sucks so I recommend and mouse for this one. But it does what I need it for the basics

Only had for a short time seems like a nice lap top for the family to use and the kids to use for their home work

Several many years ago I bought a Dell desktop computer that popped around year 1. When I asked for my money back or something and they wouldn't or couldn't help me I swore up and down 8th Ave I'd never buy a Dell again. Then along came Black Friday 2016. My Acer laptop that had served me 3 or 4 years was done and I needed to replace her. My research for what I wanted led me straight into the arms of Dell again. And here we are. Not quite one year in the life of the Dell laptop it broke down. It'll cost me about $100 for a guy to look at it, more to diagnose and fix it plus taxes. I regret going back on my word. Never Dell ever.

I bought this for basic internet surfing but am finding it to be slow. Not the internet itself but the start up and getting programs open and loaded.i am disappointed since it was a brand new computer I feel it should be much faster.
