I got this on sale for a great price on Black Friday. It runs a little slower than others I have, but for the price it does the job that I need it for.

We bought on Black Friday shipped to us. (we live 4 hrs from ...most stores). After a day, the screen started flickering. It just got worse as I tried to install updates from dell and windows. I can't tell when its on because there is no power light that comes on and the screen is black. After a few minutes a faint DELL symbol can be seen like a watermark on the screen. I was really disappointed that this computer did not have a recovery drive either. It seems unheard of these days. The manual said we need a 16 GB flash drive to make a recovery drive for windows 10. I feel so bad for all the people who are giving this computer as gifts. No one will know how many defective units are out there until the return period expires. There was no exchange option, only refund. BF Deal is over, so we bought another laptop from another retailer.

So far, the product has worked well, is sturdy and good starter for our pre-teen. We purchased as open box item, and were pleased with the results.

Haven't used this computer as much as I would like, It's not very responsive. So I've resorted back to my desktop. But in a pinch when I travel.

It is good for the price because of good spec it comes with. I am disappointed with the quality of plastic. The display quality is not good.

We were looking at another computer but it was twice the price. Did some reevaluating and decided on this machine. So far, very happy.

I ran into a lot of issues with this computer. I will be returning it. It took over 12 hours to do 'updates' when I initially got the computer. You would think when you buy a brand new laptop it would arrive up-to-date. Took forever to even open Firefox and everything I did was just plain slow. I have high-speed internet and it was fully connected and worked perfectly on other devices. The computer was the issue.

Average laptop for a great price. If you needed laptop for a mediocre use and not looking for great quality then go for this.
