Just an average laptop. On the heavy side. Not very fast, and a short battery life. Good for a cheaper laptop, but not great.

Got this computer for my girlfriend's grandma, it has high specs but is somewhat sluggish. Good for networking and office!

Bought for my self a Christmas present love the price had the i5 processor and all but was way to slow had to return it

This product is good for people who do not need the most updated product available and are content with what they have.

laptop body parts are very delicate and after few days laptop stopped working and not even getting switched on.

I was really looking forward to using this laptop. I found it during a great sale! On my second time using it, it started glitching and freezing for a few seconds. I tried to take it back in store but sales guy said I couldn't right now (too close to Christmas). I plan on taking it back in the next week and hope to get the same laptop but one that doesn't have those issues.

I purchased this laptop as a black Friday deal. It was one of the best prices that I found for the specs it offered. Unfortunately I returned it after my first use. It kept freezing intermittently. It also just felt cheap. I ended up buying an Acer in the same price range that I am much happier with.

I have been using my laptop for a year and the hard drive doesnt work anymore. Have to change it.

I purchased this for my son who was ready to move up from a windows based netbook. This initially worked great, but it is now running in low power mode because the power/charge connection point within the laptop itself broke and the plug can't make a solid connection. Dell designed the case so that it can't be opened, so we now have a mostly useless laptop.

Batery comprtment is giving some kind of noise while taking in hand.May be problem with particular unit

after only a few weeks of light usage the computer developed a boot problem, waiting to find out why.

I ordered this laptop after missing out on the model I really wanted that was offered on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It's not as good quality as what I had hoped, but it does the job. I already had to buy a replacement charger after a few months because the one it came with was flimsy and didn't work but wasn't covered by warranty.

The body is not classy and the screen resolution is average. Not much satisfied with this laptop.
