Bought this BAND NEW DELL computer from BEST BUY. We opened it on Christmas and it had no cord with it, took it back to Best Buy told me O Well they couldn't take it back or exchange it because it is missing cord! but I could buy one for $60.00 Then told me I would have to take it up with DELL!. They wouldn't call for us or give us phone # told us to google it! I had to call dell and deal with them for an hour to get a cord mailed out. Now I have to wait 3 more days to get in mail! So MAD at Best Buy! Will not do business again with a company who handles customer service like this.

Bought the laptop thru online deal on black friday: config were good as per price, however the material of the boday was very bad, felt like the product was made in a hurry with no proper finishing

Configuration wise this is a great laptop with touch-screen but since it is 15" it is heavy and bulky. My personal opinion is that this with its current dimensions would be as good as a desktop.

This item has not worked properly since day one. I have used online support over 5 times and returned the product once for servicing. It is dead slow, intermittently does not recognize the charging adapter even though they replaced it, I get error messages the fan is not working, it constantly hangs up, when typing it takes 5-10seconds for the letters to appear, without touching it the screen jumps to different screens. They replaced the hard drive but that solved nothing. I will NEVER EVER buy another dell product.

Price is good for this laptop. But the resolution with touch screen made everything faded. Couldn't stand it so had to return it. Lesson learned, look for an IPS panel next time.

Kept using this from the past 4 months and not up to the mark. Performance is bad, sometimes very slow. The screen is not great and the touchpad... better don't talk about it.

I bought it cause it seem like a good offer, when i started it the mouse pad wasnt working, and the computer was slow! The features were good but sadly it ddnt work as i thought

Purchased laptop to find out it did not turn into a tablet like other to check screen laptops ..returned for 2 in 1

I expect a very fast and reliable functionality with a laptop of this generation but unfortunately its the opposite.I have been using this laptop for a year and it has always been very slow. Sometimes the touch screen function suddenly seize and you will have to restart the system.The only mistake I did was not buying a protection on it so I can return it and I blame myself for it. I wish i can exchange this for a better laptop.

The case was so cheap in quality I returned it with out turning it on. Yes the price was cheap but that's one of the reasons why

I am writing this review after 3 years. I should have given this review way earlier. This Laptop doesn't work well. It gets shut down with little hard touch. Eg: If I am placing the laptop on the floor from sofa it gets shutdown. Also the screen gets stuck several times and I need to wait for some time to get it fixed by itself. It was a bad purchase

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER! First time out of the box and the screen went white. Took it to Geek Squad and they had to send it off. Said it was likely the graphics card. One month later and they have replaced the screen but haven't been able to get a new motherboard as they are out of stock! Now they are offering me a store credit. NO WAY. I want my money back and will purchase a laptop that works somewhere else.

when i got home to install all the regular windows updates, the laptop froze and crashed. it booted up slow. not worth it.

Went ahead and returned it after trying to update it and it getting frozen. Just a regular windows update killed this thing

Computer glitched right out of the box. Had to take it back. They don't make any more like this, so yeah. It was a hassle.

This is the WORST-slowest computer I have ever had and the windows program is very difficult to navigate. I gave it to my parents for Christmas last year and they never used it so now I have it and it's a waste of a computer. I wish I would have known how bad it was but my parents didn't want to hurt my feelings-I would have returned it ASAP!

Its a very slow laptop. The specs would imply a very capable machine however, it is much slower than my five year old laptop with weaker specs. I'm running Windows10 on my other machines and its been great so its definitely a hardware problem for this laptop. The deal breaker is the buggy laggy touchpad which renders the laptop nearly unusable.

I'm sure the computer itself functions just fine but the casing was very flimsy plastic and the touch pad was poor. I got this as a black Friday deal and wasn't able to see or test one in store. The first i saw and felt it was when I got it home and took it out of the box. I tried to like it but just couldn't. I returned it the next day.
