Looks like screen resolution is not at all good. HD video looks blurry in this laptop.

Bought this Dell "Open Box Geek Squad Certified". They wiped entire hard drive and didn't re-install hardware drivers/programs for DVD/CD. Other software components missing. Wanted me to leave it overnight to correct it. Here's an idea Best Buy-Don't put hacked by Geek Squad stuff on the floor to sell if it doesn't work.

It keeps disconnecting from the internet often.doesn't run very fast for i5 processor

I ordered this computer online because of the price and other reviews. However, I hated it when it actually arrived. It was a heavy, clunky computer, and the mousepad being so far on the left side was especially annoying. Fortunately, Best Buy allowed me to return it for a full refund so that I could buy another computer.

From the day it was bought with fresh Windows and no other software application installed it is excruciatingly slow. Mouse freezes up for several seconds often and needs multiple clicks to register inputs. Also to get cursor focus on any input box it takes long time. Opening up a simple text document takes long time.

This is the worst laptop I have ever bought and the customer service is no help. Numerous issues from The battery not holding charge to a short in the computer. If I move it, it powers off. I have only had the thing for 6 months and Have had to do a total reset twice by customer service which did not fix the issue.

The performance is very bad. i do not recommend this product to any one .

Not in a good condition. Price is okay, but performance is not good

The first time when I turned on the laptop it was fine but then I decided not to use it for few days and then I turn it no just to see that it doesn't turn on. SO I have to call these customer care guys who do not respond on time and get to know that I have to replace the motherboard.

I guess you get what you pay for. Very sluggish on start up.

Touch is not responding that quick and system runs slow

I was impressed with specs on the paper "Dell - Inspiron 15.6 Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core I5 - 8gb Memory - 1tb Hard Drive" but in reality this sucks. Terrible booting time, even though it has 8GB RAM this machine was horrible. I suggest not to buy this laptop.

I am really annoyed with the sluggish performance.

In general it is good but the screen is very week.

This was super slow, right out of the box. Took 3 hours to download a program that should have taken 10 minutes tops. THEN the program was unusable because the unit was so slow. This unit is slower than the unit I was replacing. Dell. What happened? Returned!

Hi Team, I brought this item on Thanks giving day offer. Seems waste product and performance is very poor and without open any apps the CPU utilization goes to 100% automatically and not able to open any links and apps. Thanks and Regards, Naga

Not worth your money, Stopped working after few months and became dead slow when turn on. Also it need to be connected with power always, battery failure too. So please stay away from this, Don't buy this.
