I bought this laptop on sale and within a week it started to drop wireless connection. Then the hard drive stopped working after 2 months. I sent this laptop to the dell repair center twice already and it's only been 6 months.

Stopped working after less than a year and a half. Took it into get looked at and it needed a new motherboard. It would cost just as much to replace it as I bought it for. Cheaply made garbage of a product.

When i open the laptop, the screen is displayed in blue color. I've tried to find the solution based on error code and i finally found that hard disk is corrupted. Finally, I won't recommend anyone to buy laptops here.

Very worse experience with Best Buy, I had this laptop in store pickup and I was said it's new laptop after store representative verification. When I open at home , it was a used laptop and someone has already logged in

Considering we found mixed reviews on this dell, the one we purchased kept getting frozen....like the movie. We returned it after 3 days of giving it the benefit of doubt. Buy at your own risk, even if it was @$250.

This is a very slow computer. Even the keys and touch pad have delays in them. Save your money and buy another unit. There are times when you use the touch pad and have to tap it 2 or 3 times for it to react.

Not worth the price. This Laptop is very slow, already had to uninstall and reinstall programs and I've only had it for a month! If you want a good laptop get yourself an Apple. Microsoft and Dell are junk!!!

Ran 10 times slower than my old 10 year old vista laptop. Very disappointed. Best Buy in Montgomery was not helpful and rude with addressing this problem. Got a refund.

I ordered 2 laptops and returned one laptop back but i have not received the refund yet. its more than month now. Still waitingggggggggggggggggggggggg...

This Dell is slower than slow, although purchased new it kept freezing and not connecting to my very strong wifi network... I returned this product...

The computer sucks. I went back cuz there was a problem with the internet and i got a new one but the problem is still happening

After just one month it has crashed several times and has become very slow on start-up. Currently under repair by Geek Squad.

Touchscreen, i5, 8gb of RAM and a full 1TB hard drive is a great deal. My only concern is the plastic body, but you're getting a great value for the price.

It has been nothing but trouble with this laptop ever since day one. i really regret wasting my money on this purchase

Don't go by the specs, this laptop is really slow...has been a nigtmare using this laptop....stay away from this

It's suppose to be touch screen, but freezes too much I had to buy a mouse to make it work, plus it's too slow.

It came to repair within two months. Windows 10 is a big flop. Its mouse pad is fragile in nature and is not good.

Not one to do reviews but so much disappoint in this product. Old laptop running Vista is faster and more reliable.

This is the worst computer I have ever purchased, It has constantly failed and I am totally dissatisfied

over priced, lacks performance and quality.I personally would buy an Asus if I had to do it over again.
