We bought this laptop for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. It plays her games without any problems. The solid state drive boots super fast. The touch screen is fun for her to use. She has absolutely no negatives to report. Lol.

If you just need a laptop specifically for surfing the internet,emails, documents etc, this is great choice. The SSD helps and the applications open fast. My only con is touchscreen. Seems kinda useless. Wouldve wanted a better looking monitor

This computer is a replacement for an older model that will not support Windows10. I am somewhat familiar with the Dell line of computers but have not owned one previously.. so far I am please with the easy setup and quick personalization.

The Dell Inspiron is a good laptop for the average user. The I5 processor is not a work horse but does it tasks quite efficiently. The solid state drive is way better than the 5400 RPM SATA drive that comes standard with the Dell machines.

I bought this laptop for my wife and she is loving it. It’s everything a Dell Laptop should be. We are very pleased and what a deal. It was easy to set up and very user friendly. The quality is definitely there for the price we paid and I would recommend to a friend and purchase again if I had it to do over.

It is pretty good 2 in 1 laptop for good price. Easy to use for casual browsing and day ty activities. I have not seen any issues till date. It might not be a computer for doing extensive work but it good for browsing and casual uses.

I bought this for my wife. The price was really good for the guts in this laptop. My previous laptop is a Dell and I’ve had it for a long time. My kid uses it now. I am a fan of Dell products. The only drawback is that Best Buy didn’t have one out to look at. The salesman didn’t even know it was on sale.

This is a solid basic laptop with fast bootup because of the SSD. I only wish it has a better screen - 1366x768 is just a bit low with today's standard, although it's enough for basic purpose; touchscreen is a nice addition as well.

Great little computer. Could use a bigger drive but not obvious (ie. no quick entry) how to access SSD. I put a 256G microSD in the slot and doubled the capacity with little change to the profile

BOUGHT THIS ON SALE FOR $399 FROM BEST BUYS WEBSITE. IT WORKS FINE, NOTHING TO CRITICISE. THE MONITOR COULD BE BETTER. YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT AT A CERTAIN ANGLE TO SEE IT PROPERLY. IT'S MY FIRST LAPTOP, SO MAYBE THEY ARE ALL THAT WAY.

I bought this for my mom. She has had slow laptops in the past and I've been trying to talk her into something faster. Don't get me wrong, this isn't lightning fast, but a significant upgrade to her her old i3. She's very happy.

The best thing I love about it is how fast it is specially when you started up our use it every day and I never had an issue with it it’s pretty strong it’s pretty basic but good enough for me which my uses very basic I wouldn’t buy it if it’s for a gaming but it’s more for personal use

Laptop is great especially if you can score it for $399. Quick SSD and i5 processor. Screen resolution isn't 1080p. I bought it for my 70 year old mother and she won't know the difference.

Bought this laptop for the wife, she’s a slightly above average computer user. She hasn’t had any issues and neither have I, I use it for streaming, surfing the web, and some various business related things and it has been wonderful so far. Touchscreen works well, tablet mode is a nice touch.

It's been almost 2 years since I bought it and it's been perfect for me. I like the sound quality and how loud it gets (for what I expect from a basic computer, I've had computers with sound quality a lot worse than this). Fast computer in general

Got this as a Black Friday sale for $400 from $600. Love the fastness of the Solid State drive. Love the touch screen. The only thing I don't like is the speakers are pointed downward at the front of the computer which muffles the sound a little. But I am very happy with my purchase :)

I got this on sale for $399. 8 gig of memory and 256 gig solid state drive for this price is great. Works great for office applications, internet, and I even play War Robots on it with no lag time or other video problems. Works good and didn't break the bank or ruin the household budget.

My wife uses this laptop for a variety of things. From organizing and editing photos to surfing the web. The screen is a good size and easy to see what you are doing. It was easy to start up and use right away. I would recommend buying a 32 gig flash drive to create a restore disc.

Dell usually makes inexpensive throw away computers. This laptop is no exception. It works, touch screen, and that is all I can say. Perdect for middle school students.
