My husband needed a laptop for work. This is a great solution. Easy to use, the TechTeam was excellent and setting it up and transferring all the data. Very lightweight and portable. Very happy with results. We bought an open box product and are very happy with the results

I used this pretty hard for 10 months. After 7 months, i could only use the battery for an hour unplugged. It went to a half hour battery time from months 8-10. Then at 10 months (a little before) ZERO and i can't stay connected to my classes even with it plugged in. I'm devestated. I don't think that's such a long time for a brand new battery and laptop. But before the battery started to kick it, it was a reliable computer for online classes and zoom meetings.

It is good and even has touch screen. Didnt come with much free software like computers used to. A little slower than expected when booting up but overall pleased. Will meet my needs when I get office on it.

Purchased the Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive. Have had it for about a month. Love this computer. Easy to use once you get familiar with it. Its a general use for me and its been a great computer so far.

I got a great deal for My Dell Laptop during blackfriday! It was easy to set up and is very user friendly. I love that it is a touch screen, which is a feature am experiencing for the first time with a laptop! It also has enough memory space that will meet my needs.

Very reliable laptop. I purchased this for my daughter who is in 4th grade. She loves it. The feature she loves the most is the touch screen. It is worth the money.

Good laptop for what I use it for, got it for a great price. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is, for some reason the battery life doesn’t seam so good for me. But overall it’s a pretty good laptop.

I have always had a desktop computer but, I got so tired of the wires, not being able to take it with me. I would see all the people in coffee shops using their laptops and I said, you know what, that is what I need. Its easy to use and I love my new found freedom.

I didn't expect to get SSD and touch screen for the price. Christmas sale! Love the laptop, very fast. This model has a side numeric keyboard which I like. Only issue is a lack of indicator lights, but I can live with it. I am always happy with a Dell computer...

I have had my Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop for 6 weeks. It is easy to use and manipulate. I use it for work daily and have a number of windows open at one time. I'm happy with the purchase and feel like it was a good value for all it has to offer.

This Dell is faster at booting up then any laptop I owned. Guess the SSD hard drive is why it is fast for startup. Overall I'm impressed with it for performance of this laptop , however I have only had it for a week. I won't speak to reliability at this point. I did notice the fingerprint reader doesn't work always resuming from sleep mode, about two the sound card didn't function after resuming from sleep too. I think it may be a driver issue or a Windows issue with these two problems. A quick restart and these two things work fine, so I am sure it isn't hardware failure. I guess I am going to send Dell a support request and see if they have any clues what is causing these two glitches.

I bought this computer for my grandpa. He loves the touch screen since this is easier for him to use than a mouse. Not as quick of processing as I would have liked, but otherwise a great machine.

Great price. Works great for home use. No issues. Speed is good now. Plenty of space. Initially very slow because of using Edge. Downloaded Google Chrome and all of the slow issues disappeared

Great Reviews when compared with other laptops in same price range. Sturdy Box. I still have not opened yet but can't wait. Good Price from Best Buy. Will update after I play around with it.

This is my second purchase of the same computer. Purchased one when I retired . Just purchased another one for my husband. It’s Lightweight, can open multiple screens and has a touch screen.

Everything works great. Processor, RAM and SSD drive makes windows work fast. However, I see the Wireless card has a problem. It won't detect 5 GHz network, one has to adjust with 2.4 GHz

Looking for HP lap top and found a Dell with the help of sales person and he showed me a dell with better screen and prosser and brighter screen for 200.00 less beat buy sales saved me money on a better computer than i was going to buy great service

This is a nice replacement for my worn out HP for a great price. I had no idea there was no disc drive and had to purchase an external disc drive in order to load my programs on disc. Other than that this is a fast capable computer for my needs.

I teach ESL online and bought for the sole purpose of work. It seems to work well, although after using for a while the fan starts making a loud sound. I really like the touch screen.

nice for a 15" laptop, enough ram for normal surf on internet & having word open , preferer to use mouse VS touch , clarity is great, over all on sale price it is a Good Buy - Tks. BB
