This is a very nice laptop for the money. I am very satisfied with the speed of the core i5 7th generation processor. The computer will be used mostly at home. The touch screen is also an added bonus. Again felt like it was a very good value

I bought it for personal use but can use it efficient on work and games also! I love this laptop and it is also ' touch screen ' that made me much easier to work with the laptop!

This has worked well; I like the numeric keypad that is included. A bit larger than I would have liked, but the price was very good. Have used for a few months, no issues.

I generally go to Dell products when searching for computers.This PC was easy to set up and install additional software components. The touch screen is very nice and this particular laptop had fingerprint access which also works well.

I have always used Dell computers and found them to be solid performers. This laptop was a pleasant surprise. I planned to use it for web, word processing, and spreadsheets. Dollar for dollar this computer exceeded my expectations.

Picked this up on Black Friday for $399, so far I have not had any problems. It is not a high end laptop, but if you just need to get to point B from A, this is a good buy.

I purchased this as a gift for my son. He loves it and did not had any problems setting it up or using it. He has only had it for a month but is very happy with it so far.

We bought this to use at home, for us and the kids. We love it! Its easy to use. Its great for the kids homework and online school assignments. Its good to check emails, skype and online shop. Has a good battery life also.

Has all the features we need for home and small business applications at a reasonable price.

I like this laptop. It was a good price and it works well. The only thing I had a problem with is that it did not have a cdrom in the laptop. Bummer.

I shopped around for six months. This was the best deal I could find. A laptop that fits my needs. My only disappointment is that many laptops no longer have DVD players.

My Daughter Loves her New Computer! Everything works great. She is very happy with it. I totally suprised her because she thought it was for me until it was time to pay and I said do you like Your New Computer?! Those eyes!

I didn't think I would like the smaller screen but I do. This is a fast computer even though I have DSL. I will be switching that soon too for better internet service. This is a nice little computer and easy to handle.

This laptop was a fantastic deal. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles but it gets the job done. I would recommend to someone who isn't going to use it every day

I've been skeptical of Windows 10 but finally took the plunge a few weeks ago. The laptop was easy to set up and I haven't had any problems. Very pleasantly surprised.

This Dell is a good computer for the price with its 8GB memory, 256 GB SSD, and 7th gen i5 processor. I have been using it since Black friday purchase. So far so good.

Great performance but the rough casing exterior it's disappointing compare to my previous Dell laptops models purchased.

This laptop is perfect for anyone who doesn't use it a lot but needs to be mobile 4-5 times a year. The price was totally worth it. My only problem is McAfee is certified bloatware get rid of it and download avast for free

My new computer has been nothing but perfect. The purchase price was also the best from Best Buy as I’ve looked and shopped around town and online and have not found anything close to the low price that Best Buy can offer.
