The laptop is what we were looking for. It is an upgrade over the one that we had which was 10 years old. We researched the features that we needed and this choice fit the bill for our needs. The price also fit our budget.

So far it's been a good computer. I wasnt so sure when I got it. It felt cheaply made. It's all plastic, I'm afraid to know what will happen if I drop it.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars, is there's no disc drive. It is responsive and easy to use. Touch screen works well too. Plenty of power to do most anything.

Good overall PC. Have been using for a few weeks now. No issues with setup; good performance for the price; solid state drive certainly improves performance

Unfortunately the first unit I received was faulty. Easy exchange produced an excellent computer for a good price.

I purchased this laptop for work and it is exactly what I needed! Very fast, no issues, good size and weight. Dell has been very good and dependable and I think this one will be no different. I would recommend!

For the price this thing could not be beat. Got mine on sale for $399. Build quality is average but, an i5, touch screen, internal ssd, and 8 gb of ram at this price can not be beat. Very happy with the purchase.

The laptop is much better than the average systems. Solid state drive is awesome and boots up in seconds. I read many reviews and found this to be the best over all pick. I was not disappointed and very pleased.

Seems to be working well. This is my first touch screen laptop and I can say I wouldn't have it any other way. Very responsive. I love it. Quick and loads fast with the SSD. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

i just recently bought my first laptop and I have to say I am very pleased with the preformance. Additionally the included programs and applications are great components that go along with such a great product.

This is a good mid range laptop that will last a while without aging out for basic use and streaming. It was a great price during the Thanksgiving sale.

Nice machine for the money. My biggest problem with it is the screen quality. It's not even 1080p and has to be a a very particular angle to be viewed

Lots of power, features, and storage in a nice size. I really like having the numeric keypad on the side. I dont like that the keyboard isn’t back lit.

One of the best laptops I bought. Never had any issue, always works well, quiet. I don't do gaming, but for daily work, it is a great option especially for the price.

I bought this laptop on sale without realizing it was touch screen. I thought it was a good deal before, but turns out it was a great deal. It has been great for moderate internet activity at the house.

While it works for my needs there are some MAJOR faults with Windows 10. The biggest is that windows 10 is a Microsoft OS yet it fails to recognize a MICROSOFT VIDEO CAMERA!!!! (Microsoft LifeCam). My Microsoft camera is almost useless with this Microsoft operating system!! How is that??!!! I cannot load any camera drivers and this leaves the camera pretty much inoperable. Sometimes the camera works but the contrast is way too dark to see. It freezes often and without drivers you cannot make any adjustments to the camera functions which were ALL THERE IN WINDOWS 8 !!! Below I will answer that I 'reccomend' but it will be on condition!!!!!! I wonder how many other Microsoft products will NOT WORK IN WINDOS 10?

I bought this laptop about a month ago. I'd like to say I am satisfied with this product. It's really good for my daily routine, research and shopping. Moreover, I got a Touch Screen! Good Dell product!

I really enjoy this laptop what a difference from using my old desktop computer. It’s user friendly,light weight and I love the touchscreen feature.

Easy to use and great for regular home use. Decent for the price at that time.
