I did research for about four days looking for the right laptop for under $500. My kid likes it, she’s 15 in 10th grade and she edits video. And she does it a lot in this computer totally holds up.

After making the mistake of buying a Thinkpad several months ago, I'm so happy to have corrected my bad decision and bought another Dell! This has all the best of the Dells in my past, with a screaming fast SSD drive. Display is fabulous...who'd ever think 15.6" could feel so massive? Windows 10 Home is constraining enough that I'll soon spend the $100 or so for the upgrade to Pro (there really isn't any sense in having the different versions, Microsoft). I am still looking forward to the day when some engineer figures out a better approach to cursor control than the touchpad, which I simply loathe and always set to be disabled when a mouse is connected...but that's a universal laptop problem.

I purchased this for my son who is in the army and he has enjoyed it . Says it runs very fast and he has lived having it for all his reports

Bought it for my son. Great for beginners learning. Thouchscreen makes it even better, but gets messy at times when kiddos are too excited while using it. Overall very satisfied

Bought this for my 9 year old and she absolutely loves this! Her face was priceless when opening it. Does what we need it to do games and much much more! For the price I say it was well worth it!

This Dell Inspiron is a great laptop for the price and I love that it still has a 10 key pad. I also really like the touch screen.

I wish it was stronger but it feels more plastic, one end is broken already. It is ok for the price

I so far so good! It's fast, the battery life is really good too. I love the touch screen! I use that more than the mouse to be honest. The only downfall is all the pop ups from Microsoft.

This. A good idea and investment for most of my type of work is making a lot of documentations in my work. I love this HP Laptop easy to use very fast to download and upload reports.

I got the Dell-Inspiron 15.6'' Touch-screen Laptop with intel Core i5 processor everyone id working fine so far, I am enjoying it.

It was a gift for my daughter and she loves it!! She uses it for homework and photoshop and has no complaints at all. Everything was easy to download as far as security and other applications.

This computer was purchased to replace a very old dell. Only used for work purposes, such as email and small word docs. Works great.

For the price on black Friday this deal was hard to pass up. It is a solid average system for a very low price. So far I am happy with it.

I am impressed with the fast on and off speed of this laptop. I like the handy touch screen option too. The screen has crisp and clear images as well. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

Configuration is really good at this price. The only thing I am not a fan is the build quality but considering the price it a great deal

I bought this laptop because of the price- my old laptop was giving out. Checked out the reviews and they were great! I will say it gets the job done (quickly), and the sales/help was super.

No problems with this laptop so far, it seems to have very good performance. Just the memory size is not very big but still manageable

Computer serves its purpose for home or small business needs. No CD drive is a little bit of a drawback but external drives can be used
