For an "economy" laptop, the performance and screen quality is great. This is the second of this line I've bought for my kids and both are still working great.

Good computer for school work as well as watching videos. Has good memory as well as touch screen for a 7 yer old

I love how easy this computer was to set up! It only took about an hour or so. It would have taken less time if Dell weren't using the vanishing page scroll. Like the Chromebook, you have to hover the cursor over the edge of the page to get the scroll to reveal itself. Even if you have it, you can lose it easily. I don't know how many times I lost the scroll in trying to get to the bottom of a page. I finally just clicked the down arrow as it took less time.

I recently purchased this laptop. Got a great deal! The laptop has everything I wanted. Great memory and processing speed. Touch screen is an added bonus!

The laptop works great for what I use it for. The only thing I wish it had was a higher quality screen.

Dell Inspiron is great with touch facilities and I find this product through Best buy. Best buy is a great place where you can purchase good electronic items.

The computer is 18 months and still working like new. Nice touch screen and easy to use.

In my opinion this is a great laptop. Did a lot of research and a lot of people complained that it ran very slow. There was A LOT of bloatware on this laptop. Delete all dell applications, and anything else you might not use it for. Took about 30 minutes and now this things is firing on all cylinders! Great for what I needed it for

Very good product for the price. Set up is good (I am not a fan of Cortana but what can you do?). Minimal bloatware - although, any is too much for me...

Inspiron was brought as a gift at a really good price and person enjoyed it.

Very nice and sleek laptop. Tons of hard drive space and ram. Beautiful bright screen, hd/4k video looks great in full screen mode. Seems a tad slow to boot, reboot and load apps, nothing unbearable though. I bought it primarily for work and file management so i think it will suit my needs just fine.

Very nice unit. Fast processor and lots of storage. Was disappointed that it didn't have a CD/DVD reader.

I needed a laptop that was fast for searching & personal use at home. It's a bit heavy to haul around but I don't need to take it with me when I travel.
