Computer works as expected. Easy to configure and use. I like touch screen and screen display quality. The 3 built-in USB ports very much appreciated.

Overall the laptop is fast, lightweight, and easy to use. The quality of the casing feels cheap though.

For an inexpensive laptop it has a lot of good features, touch screen, i5 processor, SSD drive. Very good running budget laptop. Got on sale for $399.

Inspiron was brought as a gift at a really good price and person enjoyed it.

Computer is fast to boot up, runs quiet and cool. Multi tasking is quick thanks to the SSD hard drive and memory. Graphics are ok, if you are looking for true HD, then you will want a better laptop and video card, otherwise great computer so far.

Dell has quality products and this laptop does not disappoint. It is a fast computer at a great price.

I think this laptop has great features and the price was really good. Unfortunately, the wireless N card is a bit outdated for the internet we have equipped at home. I would recommend this laptop to any students, start up is fast thanks to the SSD. Don't really use the touchscreen. The speakers sounded a bit off too. Overall a solid beginners laptop.

This laptop is perfect for what I needed it to do. So far it’s been great. Easy setup, and tons of awesome features! Touch screen was a bonus!

Bought this to use on the road for business and it could not have worked out any better. I use it with a "Hotspot" to look up providers and formularies and enroll clients into Health Plans. I do not use it for anything else. Computer has plenty of speed and space for a dedicated business tool. I recommend this for traveling business people.

Takes a while to get to use the touchscreen but when you do it is a time saver. Like the solid state drive, all computers should come with it.

This lap tap has the speed and power I was looking for. So far it’s doing the things I need it to do plus will be able to expand on this unit.

I’ve always had good experiences with Dell Inspirons so I figured I’d give them another try. However, I am left extremely disappointed with this laptop. The build: very flimsy, cheap plastic that caves under slight pressure from hands or wrists The sound: almost nonexistent, even though that would almost be better than the cheap quality of audio that comes with this laptop Mousepad: again, feels like it’s made of the cheapest materials they could possibly find ; and the mousepad doesn’t respond to touch or clicks as well as you’d think I guess it’d be an okay laptop for a beginner but it needs several upgrades in order to be good and a complete makeover to be great. It’s definitely not built like the old inspirons so don’t expect it to be.
