Good product and good price but Dell config issue

Getting the laptop configured was difficult and kept getting McAfee pop ups that overlayed the screens and blocked vision of tasks being completed. Took a call to tech support just to get it uninstalled. Best buy did a great job on the website, quickly getting the product available and getting me checked out to pick up the product.
