As far as I can tell, it went well, no issues thus far. I like the feel of the key board and the screen resolution and visibility is fine. I traded down from a 17 inch screen, do not feel a loss of text clarity and appreciate the lighter weight and longer battery life of this model.

Did not verify accessories,asked if it played dvds

No DVD or CD player. No hands on computer was available. They had these in as a special and They were way too busy and ask all the questions I should have. I will never go shopping again the day after thanksgiving!
