The Laptop has a clear picture and the keyboard is very comfortable Everything runs well and up to speed. I use the Laptop to work from home and have had no issues. The 256GB of memory is an added bonus. The Touch screen is also very responsive, although I don't really use it much.

Got it for a great price and happy for almost 2 years. There were little downsides that I've seen with other laptops too, gets slower and had to upgrade RAM and SSD. No huge complaints.

It’s a decent laptop for a college student. Pretty good for the price at the time ($400). Touchpad is pretty worthless though and you should opt for another mouse. There is also no cd/dvd drive so that is kinda meh.

I bought this computer as an upgrade for my mother-in-law’s old computer. This was a great way to move her to a solid state drive (fewer moving parts) and Windows 10 (she was still on 7). For her it is actually probably overkill which I’m hoping future proofs her for a while.

This is a good computer for a user who wants to use basic functions. The PC has quick processing speed and is easy to operate. It is a good unit for the money I paid.

Purchased this Dell laptop at a good sale price during Christmas. Love the size of the screen and the item. This is my first Dell purchase and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this item to my friends. Being elderly, I am using a mouse instead of touch-screen feature.

Nice computer for the price. Little slower than I was expecting but gets the job done. Very quite compared to my last laptop.

The computer is really decent for the price that I paid. However, It is not good for the average user. The user is required to set up the windows operating system. Basically, it forces the average user to buy the geek squad to set it up. I tried to do it myself and ended up shuting it down unfinished as the preloaded bloatware was confusing. It forces the user to supply a cell phone number to load Windows which I would rather not do. It also caused problem with my phone and I had to contact my carrier to restore my settings. I am thinking about returning it. It's just not worth the hassle.

Black Friday purchase of a good inexpensive laptop. Quite capable to run surfing, emailing, MS Office applications. The solid sate drive is great and reliable and again more than enough for normal personal use.

This was a birthday gift for my mom. She absolutely loves it! She really only uses the laptop for email, Pandora, web searches and word. She had a dell prior to this and it was a lower grade model. This version is a lot faster and has more storage. So far so good!

This was an early Christmas gift for my husband. His older Dell laptop had finally given up. My husband likes the Dell and this one was on sale at a price I could not pass up. He loves the lighter weight and the screen is great. I am thinking about purchasing one for myself.

I have been using the computer for a month. I bought it to stream and it does a great job with that. The built in microphone and camera work great. With only 4g ram you can’t do too much at one time here. Overall it does exactly what I need it to do for $400 (what I paid)

I have tried other computers, but always find I come back to Dell. No fault of Dell, but I really do not like Windows 10! I mostly do office type stuff, and internet research. This is plenty enough for me!

This somputsr is great for almost anyone. If you are heavy into graphics the screen can be off at times and the speakers do not provide a lot of sound. For basic office and internet use I would recommend.

Overall good. I put 4 stars because the trackpad didn’t move so smoothly like my other MacBook Air. You probably need to get a mouse. Otherwise, I’m happy.

Purchased this on Black Friday,dont know to much about laptops so told Best Buy assosicate what I was going to use it for and he reccomend this one for me and I love it. Very easy to set up, screen is nice and bright,key board is excellent, just over all a great laptop.

Excellent product; the only thing I would change is a lit keyboard, but that is really minimal. The laptop is a perfect size ----with a nice large screen. Fast boot; love the touchscreen. Great value. Battery life is good. Perfect replacement for my old Acer. Love it!

I have purchased on thanksgiving doorbuster, for the price it is the best of the year, 256 SSD is just perfect. Laptop is bit bulky and 15.6" is too much, if you are a fan of bigger screen then go for it.

I had to get a new laptop and I was originally looking for a desk top. The sales man was straight up with me and let me know how much this laptop would benefit me. I’ve had it a short amount of time but I really like it. I use it send out mass emails and just browse.

This is a good laptop for basic functions. The loading and shutdown speed is real quick along with processing speed due to SSD. I'm using it for basic internet and Microsoft Office and it works great.
