Very similar to one I purchased Black Thursday last year. Given as a gift t replace an older HP that was still running Windows 7. Up and running right out of the box. Great for business. Nice video quality, good sound, nice size.

This laptop's relatively light weight makes it easy to transport. It has enough power and speed for my projects. I wish it had a built-in dvd drive, otherwise I like it.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our daughter to replace an older desktop computer. She simply loves this laptop. It works well and we don't have any complaints.

Great computer for the average Joe that just wants to get his emails, read the Star and do a little small business bookwork. Easy to navigate, I love being off the Surface and back with what I learned on, way back when I was 40.

This is a good basic 15” laptop. Black Friday Sale made this a good deal. The only downside so far is the lack of CD burner, but for the price and specs, it’s a good buy.

We purchased this laptop for my son for college. He uses it for homework, watching movies and social media. The graphics are very good. So far we haven’t had any problems with this laptop.

This is a great little computer for non-gamers. It is quick and easy to set up and sync to your other devices. I was pleased at how helpful it was in getting me set up.

Hard to review in such a short time using it. But, for now, it seems like what I expected from a Dell computer. Solid performance. Up and running quickly. Great price.

I bought this for my high school student during black Friday. It had all the specs in the price range I was looking for. So far so good. Will update after she uses it.

This computer does anything I’ve asked of it. It’s not the best specs on the market for for the few business stuff I do it on, it’s great and boot up speed is good.

I have been told that I have a lot of errors on my new Dell computer. I was informed of the errors less than a week after I got it. I have no idea what to do about it

I bought this as an early Black Friday purchase. Great deal. I just need a very basic laptop, and this fits my needs fine. Only wish it had a backlit keyboard though.

The laptop is excellent and fast Unfortunately the screen monitor is very poor Resolution is poor and hard to read screen

First laptop for my dad (60+). He’s never had one and this does the trick for him. Easy to use and set up and has quick booting which he likes.

We are loving this computer. The only reason we gave 4 stars is the disc player did not work, after several calls, they installed a different program to play it.

Very nice machine... fast with a great display. SSD Is only 256 but if you utilize the Cloud or Dropbox or an external drive, there is plenty of room on the drive.

I am very happy with this one. I originally purchased a lenova, which was a mistake. It had nothing but problems from the get go. This Dell is definitely worth it.

I bought this unit during a pre-black Friday sale for $399.99. I upgraded the ram to 16gb. It worksn great, boots up in less than 25 seconds. Happy with it after a year and a half. Built solid.

I had my sister get this lap top as a Christmas gift for my 6yr old, she already uses computers in school and her older sisters don't like her on theirs. Works great. only wish it was smaller but she will grow into it.

I didn't want to pay a lot as I needed a laptop primarily for browsing and office use. Found this good deal in BestBuy and decided to purchase. The configurations are quite decent and performance has been great so far.
