Laptop meets our expectations. The individual that checked us out was very helpful. The manager on duty not so much.

I bought it for work and just for that it is very useful. However other activities that require more “power” from the laptop won’t run the way I’d like them to

Been using this Dell for a while now, and it's perfect for my needs. It's not too small, but portable enough. Battery life is good, also, and it doesn't lag.

The nicest thing about the computer is how quickly it boots up due to the Solid State Drive. Actually do miss having a CD-ROM though. Great deal for the money.

The specs for this laptop is perfect for your usual day to day use of the laptop. School or work stuff. Got this during Black Friday which is even great. Not sure though if the regular price would still be worth it.

This is a much better computer than the HP that we purchased first. This computer does what it is supposed to do and so far we have been very happy with it.

Excellent system so far and the SSD really makes this one snappy at boot up. I formatted the drive and reinstalled windows 10 so I don't know what other nonsense was on it. Bought it for the wife and she loves it.

I have been looking for this configuration and to buy at a cheap price, finally bestbuy had it in a store but with open-box. I was worried at first but realized i got a good one after using it for a while.

Very fast to start with solid state hard drive. Screen large enough for my old eyes. Still using old software on DVD so I needed to attach an external DVD.

This is a great laptop for daily use. Its Solid State Drive is fast. It only lacks the fact that there is not enough internal storage which is a caveat.

Nice computer for web browsing with a decent boot up time. It isn't really meant for any gaming. I did try some minimal steam games and used stadia on it, both worked fine.

Honestly for the price I paid and the quality and power of this PC ya can’t go wrong. Works great and fulfills everything I needed for personal things to work related. I am extremely please with this purchase

I am very happy with this purchase. It is very light weight for the size of the screen. I like having the ability to view DVD’s, and that it offers both touch screen and keyboard option. Battery life is good

It was easy to set up, customize, and get updates. Transferred files easily and fast. Had a conflict between firewalls. It was best to uninstall the 30 day McAfee. After that no problem. Great holiday price.

Purchased this for my son for Christmas and it's proven to be a snappy, reliable little laptop. He couldn't be happier with it, and I couldn't be happier with how simple it was to get set up out of the box!

This, of course, is not top of the line but it works well and the screen is good. It does not have a DVD player but I bought an external one and it works well. This is all a senior citizen needs and more.

I bought one of these laptops last year, and now bought one for my son's family. It will work for him as great as it has worked for me. Microsoft and Dell have both been great on the support for my product.

i bought this laptop for my sister she liked it. Being a student this helped a lot in her study works. i recommend this product mostly for students.
