It's for my daughter. She loved it and keep using it. I think she need new now and will go for another Dell product. May be this Thanksgiving.

Got this for my mom and she loves it! She needs a laptop for streaming, browsing and posting pictures... nothing crazy. This laptop was very easy for her to get used to.

Good laptop to work for all personal uses and it is very speed in processing all your works. It is very good to use it.

Great budget laptop, and laptop in general. I had a macbook pro and this had the same specs. Not as good looking as that but, half the price makes it much more handsome

The laptops specs are fine and standard. But the frame built quality is very poor. I purchased 2 of these and both ended up having a broken hinge on one side. Every time you open the lid, it feels like the frame is too fragile and the LCD is bending. After 8 months of use, the hinge broke. Had gifted the other laptop to my sister and that ended up with same problem.

I really like the dell touchscreen because its easy to glide thru. Im still learning to use cause Ive never used a Microsoft prigram before. But it seems to run great

Laptop operates exactly as expected. Touchpad is very sensitive and startup with the solid state hard drive is quick.

For the price, this is a great computer. The i5 is plenty for my 74 yr old father (whom I bought it for). Emails, videos, and streaming basketball games are great.

got this for my wife. she basically use it for surfing web and email. only I wish it had power light indicator.
