The computer is fast and if you don't care about adjusting the screen angle when you move it's not bad. The keyboard feels like it might break through to the internals if you push too hard.

Does everything a teenage will ask if it, however it doesn’t have Microsoft Windows 10 program loaded on it. Turns out I’ll have to return and try to have Geek Squad load the actually Operating System. I will update once I have a fully functional laptop, but for now I can’t say one way or the other.

Since that time the computer has had terrible internet speeds, even though every other device on the network is operating normally. I looked and I can no longer return this to Best Buy even though they claim that they have extended returns for the holidays until January 12th, 2019. I called Dell customer service to get their help in addressing the issue. After the rep updated a few drivers, he told me there is nothing he can do unless I buy an "upgraded warranty" I've had the computer for ONE month and only installed one 3rd party application (Chrome), but Dell wont stand behind their product because they deem it isnt a hardware issue and apparently that is all their warranty covers. So in short, they load up their computers with all kinds of programs, but its no their fault if they dont work Dell used to make high quality products, but its clear they have now prioritized profits over customers. Its a real shame as I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but this is the last Dell I will ever purchase.
