It was on sale as a returned item with no problems shown on the box. , My main laptop was several years old, so this was bought as a back up. Now that I am using it, I find the PC has problems. The screen shrink doesn't work, the touch pad buttons are not working. Total time of use was about 20 hours. It has a flimsy plastic case, and is cheaply made in china like most electronics. The screen is bright and the sound is OK. Google cloud back up will not load.

I have to reset the laptop again and lost all the work I did in those few days. I am worried if this will happen again, I will have now choice but to throw it in the trash.
