I had to send it back to dell after setting it up due to hardware failure. SI spent 8 hours on the phone with customer service. 3 months later after a bad software update I spent 3 days and another 8 hours on the phone with dell. They said there was an issue with this computer's automatic updates and that I should do it manually. I think this will be my last Dell.

Decent Laptop, No Gigabit Ethernet

Basic, Simple & Not Much Space

But if ya need it for a simple or single task, then yes it's like 3-4star of 5... But if ya looking for social, multichats, Facebook, multitasking, etc... Then it's not for you.... Can be useful, for someone learning another language (ex: english) ya can use keyboard, recommend a wireless mouse with USB adapter (be far easier), can practice or so forth... Just an idea.. Got it for online course (1class) using 4apps n noticed slowly getting slower or lagging....

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
