    Had to reorder laptop after not receiving it. Was supposed to be 2 day shipping took almost 2 weeks

    Need Windows Activation

    I hust baught this laptop online and I recieved it yesterday but when I turned it on and finish the first few steps it says you need to activate your windows and I have to pay $119 more to activate the windows , how come it has to be activated please help me to solve this problem

    Wireless N card is a huge drawback.

    Wireless N is a huge drawback as it is limited to 2G and hies only up to 50 Mbos from my 200 Mbps internet speed and Ethernet card cannot take half of my 200 Mbps internet speed. Another Laptop I have with wireless AC card can go to full 200 Mbps speed using 5G on same network

    The problem with this laptop is the network will only receive 2 g speed on the bandwidth no 5g.

    Decent but no 5ghz wifi connection

    Decent laptop for basics. Bought for son who wanted(needed) a computer. He does homework and some online gaming. Only draw back is that it does not connect to 5ghz wifi networks really upsetting. If I new about it sooner would of returned it for one that did.

    HORRIBLE MACHINE!!!

    Bought this machine on a Pre-Black Friday sale, returned it in less than 30 days!! Ran a Dell Update, then the machine would not complete the restart (it would attempt to but kept getting a message saying “there is a problem with Windows, will restart in 30 seconds”). Could not get out of this loop.....I am not going to be bothered with a machine that has problems in less than a month, promptly returned it to the store.

    steal of a deal for those specs, but they both have glitches/flashes in the screen. 1 was swapped out, 1 is pending because there was no 2nd one available. No cd drive, just a cover over the slot.

    Works well when it’s working

    The laptop was fine until one day I noticed the screen was cracked when, to my knowledge, I hadn’t done anything to cause it. Secondly after 1 1/2 the computer no longer powers on. I rarely use it. 95% of the time I use my work laptop, which says to me it isn’t very durable.

    It was a great laptop for my son. We needed to purchase a long-lasting laptop. It was a Christmas present purchased in November 2018. At the moment, the laptop won't boot with the battery installed, but that issue is mitigated with the power cord plugged in. Not sure if the battery is just defective.
