There are better tablets out than this. Had problems from the start.

Return was made, did not turn on. So, this was unacceptable!!

This has been a great basic laptop. Nothing fancy but if you want something to write papers on, check your email, run your Etsy shop - this will do it. I picked up on Black Friday almost 6 years ago and it’s still going strong. The last couple months it has started to produce its first glitch, which is an error message about not being able to communicate with the battery. However the battery is charging and holding a charge just fine, so I’m not sure what it’s fretting about. Unfortunately I did just receive warning that the device will not be eligible for Windows 11 and will hit end of support in October 2025. I guess all in all not a bad run for a solid basic laptop. Thank you to the clerk who handed me this when I asked for a laptop that was basic, cheap, and reliable!

I bought three of these; one for myself and two for both my kids. They are all fast, stable and great for web surfing, watching youtube videos, typing Word docs, playing casual games (Bejeweled, etc.) and listening to music-- even if you're doing most of the above all at once. The mouse works quite solidly, as does the touchscreen. The keyboard keys are very flat and low, much like you'd expect from a laptop, but with 3 usb ports you can add a better one (and a mouse!) easily (and this laptop won't overheat with them connected permanently. unlike other brands I've heard about). The keyboard isn't backlit, but that just drains batteries all the faster anyway. Two thumbs up-- okay, three. :P

I got this Laptop on black Friday for 399 dollars. I was looking for a laptop with high quality specs for a good price, When I seen the specs for this laptop I had to get it. The design is good looks professional. I love the thin body and texture and finish on top and shiny trim on the side. The touch pad I didn't like at first until I changed the setting and sensitivity which was easy. The performance is great I can play fortnite, Roblox and other games on this laptop with no lag on medium to high settings.

This has basically all the bells and whistles u need to perform tasks very fast and efficiently. The display is acceptable and the quality of the case is practically all plastic. But those are minor things that can't match the speed i-5, a SSD, and TOUCH SCREEN . It's a No brainier. Perfect starter Laptop for a beginner or teenager.

I have been using this computer for years now and it is still running strong. i teach online so it has to work well with multiple tabs open, video running and I never have any issues. I would definitely buy this again!!

Really like the laptop features, touch screen and processing speed. Disappointed that I have not been able to get high speed wifi connectivity...nothing higher than 50 Mbps on my network that supports over 200 Mbps...even after applying all software and driver updates.

Cheap Inspiron 15 3000 Laptop. Not a bad buy at 399.99 Screen was fuzzy but touch screen 256 SSD & 8 ram The wi fi card is only made for 2.4 NOT 5.0

Best Laptop ever. Durable. Big screen. I bought it in 2018 still working perfectly with all windows updates.

I bought this laptop for my sister since she's starting college in fall semester. We were looking for something with decent specs and would last her for at least 4 years. For a sale value of $399 ($200 off from an original price of $599) with an Intel core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 256 GB SSD it seems like a steal! And within about roughly 20 minutes of unboxing and messing around with the laptop we quickly returned it to the store and bought a different laptop. This product was not on display at Best Buy, if it was I don't think we would have bought it. Let me break it down, this laptop was probably never originally at $599. The biggest con for me was the built material. For $399 I wasn't expecting something spectacular, but I expected something made from better quality plastics especially since it was originally $599. The overall plastic felt cheap and remind me of a laptop I bought years ago that started cracking at about a year and half of owning it. The touchpad is not good, and the speakers are terrible. Usually laptop speakers are layout on top of the keyboard near the hinges, but these were at the bottom. With speakers on the bottom everything kind of sound muffled. Anyways I gave 2 stars since Best Buy service is good, we bought this on Black Friday at doorbusters time, so it was a lot of waiting in line. However, the Best Buy we went to seem know how to handle Black Friday shoppers well so kudos to them! But I wish they put this laptop on display, so we didn't have to waste time unboxing and returning it. I don't recommend buying this. Save your money, spend an extra $100 or $200 and buy another laptop with similar specs made from better quality materials. It's 2018 (almost 2019) laptops are getting better and cheaper, $399 is too much for a laptop with poor built quality. I'm also a picky person, and some people on here seem to like this product so you can go try this out and return it if you don't like it. P.S. If you're curious, my sister and I end up buying the HP x360 2 in 1 instead. I have an older model of this HP for almost 2 years now and it works and is built well.

Very fast laptop. Got it on sale for 399. That was a steal! The ssd is awesome. Makes boot times super fast and it never makes noise. Very happy!
