Fast, reliable, perfect combination between price and quality

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this computer was since it was so inexpensive (Black Friday deal for $380). The SSD drive is lightning fast. You can't beat this computer for the price. The only negative is it is installed with Windows 10 in Safe Mode. You will want to switch it to regular Windows 10 in the settings. (It is free.)

I bought this laptop so I could have something to surf the web with and be able to complete small tasks with. So far everything is great. The only con I have with it is that the screen seems to have a glare on it. This could be something that can be worked out in a setting I’ve not discovered yet. Overall a good value for money paid.

We had this computer for 2 years now. It has been very reliable. It runs well and can multitask well too. It has a good screen and good sound from the built in speakers. It works well with MS Office and plays online games well too. It is a good value for the money.

Perfect for daily use, fast and the touchscreen is a plus.

Who needs to pay more for a metal body computer just for the looks? This one in a plastic body hums & works perfectly for filing taxes, word processing, everything. When considering how fast technology changes, there is no need to spend a fortune on a laptop. Plan on replacing it about every 2-3 years. I highly recommend!

The laptop works okay so far. I was not big on touch screen before buying this one. It is actually pretty handy. I like the size of the screen. Given the size, it is pretty light weight. The internet seems to be slow though. It could be Verizon problem. I rated the quality here, but I could not know until a year or so later.

I needed a new laptop for everyday functions like browsing the internet and running Microsoft office. The first takeaway from this laptop is how fast it runs and switches between programs. I don’t download much in the way of media or programs but if you’re looking for a laptop for everyday tasks, I recommend this one.

I really like my laptop. I bought it since it was on sale for my grandchildren. They wanted a desktop, so I ended up with the laptop. It is light and easy to carry around. I really like the touchscreen, which I did not have on my old laptop. The only negative is that it does not have a DVD drive.

This Dell Inspiron 15.6 laptop is an excellent value. It runs Window 10 very quickly and the 256MB SSD makes for quick bootup. It was easy to upgrade the memory. The screen is adequate, but not great. I hook my laptop to an external monitor and it works very well. Highly recommended for those on a tight budget.

I bought this laptop for my son's birthday on Black Friday so we didn't even open it for a few weeks. I am glad Bestbuy had an extended holiday return policy because when we opened it it wasn't what we expected. First, it wasn't easy at all to get out of S mode (even after following step by step instructions), internet was very slow, the cover reflected every single fingerprint. The real problem was on the second day when this laptop wouldn't turn on at all. We tried several times and it would start every other time. We suspected this computer was returned previously but Bestbuy representative said all the boxes were opened and taped over. I doubt it because even the booklet inside of the box didn't look new. I am glad I was able to return it. My son asked for an ipad air instead and he couldn't be happier after I got it for him. IPad has been working without any issues.

I purchased this laptop in order to have a computer to take with me on the road and work. This computer operates great it is fast and can handle multitasking and having multiple things open at once. I have to review plans all the time and the processor handles the large files no problems and the screen has great clarity.
