Very happy with the performance and also the price

A great computer for the money, especially an open box special that I got. SSD, touchscreen and decent ram. The only thing I wish it had in addition, would be a backlit keyboard, hence the 4 star rating. Perfect for a gift though, for someone that just needs internet access, browsing, email, bill paying, etc..

Very reliable computer, really fast and ease to use. The most I like of this it’s the almost instantaneous on of the windows to start working on. No more long loading to begin working with. Many new ways to protect your computer against virus and farewell that can damage your device. Very happy with my purchase

Easy right out of the box! I was a bit confused by the message that Windows was registered but clicking on the message and then troubleshoot cleared that up right away. I didn't want Windows-S so the Geek squad turned it off and I was on my way.

This computer is faster than majority of standard home owners will need at a very reasonable price at time of purchase ($450). Keyboard is fine; not backlit but that isn't a large concern, but full length with number pad. Trackpad is properly responsive. Screen is ok, would think most laptops now would be 1080p.

Great touch screen computer. Product came with Microsoft 10S as operating system. Would have given 5 stars but not a fan of windows 10S. I am not a technical user so I need assistance in making it just windows 10. 10S does not allow for other antivirus downloads. Other than that, my kids love this laptop.

I purchased two of these laptops on black friday. For $349 with the specs included, this is a great laptop. The SSD bootup is super quick. Very happy with my purchase. Light weight and cool to the touch. I am not sure if I would buy at 600, but definitely worth it for 349. Thanks to slickdeals for the heads up.

I got this for black friday 2019 and love it. A year later the battery is still excellent (I was concerned about this since it is internal and isn't easily replaceable). Just make sure to take care of the battery properly and this machine will work great for you. Beware though, the screen is NOT full HD. Other than that, it's a nice laptop for the money at the time and I have been pretty happy with it. Oh, and boo to no internal disc drives anymore on laptops (and oftentimes desktops too if you buy a bundle). Oh, one BIG downside I almost forgot about was that it came with windows in "S" mode or whatever it was called. Basically, it's windows with parental controls by microsoft so you can't use your machine the way you want to (good for kids/elderly I guess). You can convert it to normal windows 10, but I had to make a microsoft account and tie it to the PC to do this, which was very annoying for me and something that I did NOT want to do.

Have had this computer for almost a month now and LOVE it! Some Computers these days lack USB Ports, which is deal breaker for us, but this Dell Computer offers them, and they are lighting fast. We were used to a laptop with 17" inch screen, but the 15.6" screen is just as good in our book. Highly recommend!!

I am a business owner and use several laptops during my day. I try to have one handy wherever I go. I grabbed this one and was surprised at the speed and design. I wasn’t sure because of the low price that it would be good at all. I was wrong and now consider my self fortunate stumbling on this great buy.

Works good no problems. Matte black will show fingerprints easily but I don't care if you do get a different color. People complaining about the laptop being "laggy" need to change the power saver mode to performance the laptop auto sets it to save battery life which will make the computer slower.

I saw other reviews but figured we’d give it a shot as we could return. My 15 year old daughter Googled the S mode issue and had it up and running in 15-20 minutes with no issues. Loves it thus far. Easy fix and great deal for what it is.

Couldn't pass up the deal in this laptop. Features are great but you will need to convert the operating system to the non restricted version if you want to use anything other than Microsoft apps. Annoying but easy to fix. Would be 5 stars if Microsoft didn't make me work to fix their system.

At this price point you can't go wrong...plenty of memory and storage...in a lightweight package.

I bought this laptop for my wife and she loves it. It has a good processor, a good amount of memory, SSD drive, and is lightweight. All at a great price. She can't get over how quick it starts up and how fast it runs when she is doing tasks on it or surfing the internet. Very nice machine.

Helped get this computer for my grandpa. Sure, most of the tech specs are going to be much more than for his needs, but why not buy a quality computer that will last for years? I'm very happy we purchased this. Full set up took about an hour and my grandpa hasn't had any problems so far.

My computer died and I needed one asap, found what I wanted the price was GREAT, service member that helped us I went to management to commend he was so helpful and nice. Not to much of a fan of the forced 25.00 "free" virus protection. But the service warranty seems good if needed.

the computer is fast, good lasting battery, the desing is very pretty, the touche screen works great but the viewning angles could be a bit better. the touch pad is really good, it suports multitouch with gestures are amazing

Good laptop then, did not like the S mode, Did not keep it for too long, Highs: price point, looks good, Lows: low resolution display, only 256 of regular SATA SSD, Conclusion: Great for surfing and basic tasks, Not for gaming or editing even though it can.

I've had this Dell Inspiron laptop for about a month and I'm very happy with it. Mainly just use it for web browsing and taking care of personal business. The touchscreen works much better than a similar HP laptop that my mom recently purchased. Setup was easy and I'm not a techy.
