Amazing laptop so far. It’s fast and so far no issues. I’m using it for a small business and it does all I need and more. It’s also sleek looking and light. Makes working from anywhere a breeze. I got it for a very good price on Black Friday so I’m very pleased with this purchase.

After looking at laptops suggested by the Best Buy sales rep that were out of my price range of under $400, I asked about open-box items, since they come with the same warranties as new ones. I ended up with the Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB, that had been a Black Friday deal, though at the time I was unaware of that. I had not researched this item at all, until I got home with it. I was pleased to discover that this laptop was getting great reviews! And I got it for a great price of $331.99! I'm overall pleased with it, some weird issues with the space bar at times, and occasional glitchy scrolling. I still have few days to return/exchange, and I'm considering it for those reasons only.

This laptop went on sale at the perfect time. First we purchased one for our daughter who is in college. Then I needed a new computer for work so I bought another. We are both quite happy. Hard to believe that this is so affordable without really cutting any corners. Very pleased.

Got this for an excellent price during the sale event, the hardware is just what my wife was looking for , the screen can be better, the construction could be better but the hardware you get makes this worth the purchase of decent basic use speed is what you are looking for.

bought the deal of the day when my laptop was diagnosed as too costly to repair. Wished for a 17" yet they don't carry comparable any longer. Staff not as invested as I found them to be previously/ at last laptop purchase. Dell seems to be working fine first 1.5 months.

When it was time to get a new laptop my son did a lot of comparison shopping for me. He chose this one and I couldn't be more happy with it. It was easy to set up and the price was great. A week later it went on sale and Best buy credited the difference with no problem.

I have had this laptop for about 2 months now and I really like it. It is light so it is easy to carry around. The screen resolution is good and it is fast for what I am doing. I will be going back to school in the fall and I think this machine will work well for me.

Extremely pleased with this Dell. Was fantastic price. SS is super fast. Hope this Dell is as reliable as my last one(which is still working, except much slower) Have never had any repairs ever on last one. Only thing lacking is lit keyboard. Thanks for a great product.

Good laptop, fast and lite. More that enough power to multi-task things and quick load times with the M.2 drive. Room to add another SSD if you need more storage space as the 256gb is somewhat small these days. Touch screen is there for those that want that option.

I bought this to replace an old Gateway computer that couldn't possibly run windows 10. So this computer is the replacement computer. It runs 200% faster than the old one and it quite challenging for my wife to learn how to adapt. All in all she is very happy with it.

This Dell Inspiron Touch-Screen laptop is a great improvement over the last Dell computer I had several years ago. It is faster and has much improved memory and functionality. I especially like how the touch screen is so responsive. This is a great buy for the price!

Got this for my wife as an upgrade and because Windows 7 will no longer be supported soon. Runs everything great and has a touch screen which she seems to like. Screen/picture is nothing special and no optical drive but I never got people who watch movies on a laptop.

Great for everything that I need. Also, amazing for photo editing, I was pleasantly surprised! Easy setup, easy to link to all of my gadgets as well as previous laptop. I did spend a little more than I'd normally spend on myself but I'm so glad that I did

Great laptop for everyday use. Easy set up, walks you through everything you need. The Core i5 processor is a great middle of the road processor. Using as primarily school computer. No complaints.

After losing my all in one pc to hacking through trying to register a streaming device, and losing my Webroot to the hackers, we found the Dell. I am enjoying the touchscreen,(the all in one didn't have) it has been a great computer for personal use.

This laptop has everything I need to do my basic things and then some. Plus you can upgrade it to make it even better for very little. And also I know if I have problems all I have to do is drive to the store. Thanks for a great laptop at an even better price.

First, I am a Dell fan boys so I am bias (been using only Dell for decades). The laptop is fast enough for youtube and browsing. For $350, it is very good value. The only thing that may annoy people is that the screen resolution is not 1080 (but 1366 x 768).

I have not gotten too far into the laptop as of yet, but the Dell Inspiron seems to be doing pretty well so far. The laptop is very fast and seems pretty dependable. I am still trying to get used to Microsoft and how it works, but overall a good pickup.

This Dell PC is a very good value for money. The system startup is fast and RAM is expandable up to 16 Gb. So that is good. The laptop is ergonomically pleasant to use. SSD at this price is great. It has no frills and just a simple good-to-use laptop.

I used this computer for one year, so far so nice! I like the laptop for its 15.6" screen, Core i5, 8GB memory, and 256G Solid-state drive. All make this laptop perform quick, smooth, and comfortable. Also, a very friendly price.
