I don't use for games or music but for surfing,email etc.it is great. I'm very pleased with my purchase. For me the geek squad is a must. I'm sure I only use this for a small fraction of it's capabilities . Fast and easy to use.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it, especially the touch screen. Now, instead of sitting at a desk using our desktop computer, he can sit in his easy chair and surf and web and take care of bills.

My laptop crashed in October after more than 6 years so waited for Black Friday and got this great upgrade. Intel I-5 processor and touch screen option at a great price! Looking forward to Dell dependability in the years to come.

Good value laptop for the money. Didn't come loaded with a ton of extra, unnecessary software which was nice. Had to take it out of s-mode to be able to install 3rd-party apps, but that was relatively easy to do. So far, so good.

I bought this for my wife as a surprise Christmas present. I preloaded everything and set it up ahead of time for her. She uses it daily and loves the performance of it because she’s not stuck waiting on things to load.

I purchased this laptop for my kids because they needed something for their homework besides my MacBook. It works great! They love the touch screen. I find it plenty powerful enough for a daily driver. I highly recommend it.

I got this during the Thanksgiving deal for under 350 and is really worth every penny. The configuration is good, may not be great for gaming but more than sufficient for work from home.

Got this laptop on Black Friday, and it works great for the price I paid. It does its job, and there are no issues so far. The casing smudges easily, and the keys don't light up in the dark, so don't expect too much.

Bought this computer as a replacement for an older laptop I had. This is blazing fast compared to the one being replaced. It has the right amount of pots for the devices I have. The sale price was right as well.

Got this as a home computer for simple tasks. May not have all the top end, but works reliably and with more than enough power for basic everyday tasks. Touchscreen a nice touch at this price (black Friday sale).

Overall, I am happy with the Dell laptop. Couple of items though with the set up. I wasn't able to migrate my files from my old laptop running Windows 7 using the Windows 7 transfer feature and had to import my files from a previous flash drive backup. I didn't buy Outlook, so I am using the Windows 10 email program, which seems to run fine but I will need to manually enter my contacts. Windows 10 also will not run my old HP Photoshop printer, no drivers are available, so I had purchase another printer. I also had to shut off the Windows S mode in order to download the new printer drivers. The laptop boots up quickly and runs fine, but lacks a DVD burner. Most of the issues I have run into are with Windows 10 and trying to use my old equipment.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter. She says it's very light to carry. The cord is a decent length. It's easy to navigate. It's very fast no lagging. Would like it better if it had an illuminated keyboard.

Purchased this on sale as early Black Friday deal and it is an awesome computer for that money. Don't let those worried shout the Windows 10-S change your mind. It is really easy to switch to the standard Windows 10.

This computer is pretty fast for the price point. I’m someone who also plays mild games, and it is perfect for that. The build quality is sturdy, however it is a plastic shell. Great product for the price point.

My Dell laptop was needed for my Masters program. Helped me to finish out the program strong. Very comfortable key placement. Lightweight and easily fits into a lap bag. I highly recommend this product.

Performs as advertised and at a reasonable price. Boots up very quickly and the operating system is quite intuitive. Windows 10 is much different than Vista (my previous system) but most differences are positive.

touchscreen is nice, though the battery I'd hoped would last lil longer than it does since it has not dvd drive (oh, yeh it has no dvd drive), but runs smoothly and pulls up applications and processes quickly.

Amazing and very affordably Priced. Definitely a good buy for anyone looking for a decent laptop for daily light use. Little on the Heavier side - but works grt. Love the finish and screen.

very happy with this LT, only thing in the beginning was it is set up in Smode….. and wouldn't alow some websites or apps to load. had to call geek squad to help me get it out of Smode. works great now!!!!!
