We bought this for my husband. Didn't realize until we got it home that it was a touch screen. He loves it! It was an open box and last years model, so we got it for a great price!

It’a the best and affordable laptop for Microsoft lovers. I got this laptop for an affordable price for thanksgiving and I would recommend this to anyone who uses laptops regularly at work/home. I just love it.

Compared to my older craptastic ASUS laptop, this one is spectacular. The new RAM is much faster as is the new solid state hard drive. It boots up from a cold start in only 20 seconds and works flawlessly.

Needed to upgrade windows 7 to windows 10. Best Buy associate mentioned it might be better to purchase new computer with windows 10 on it. I like speed of this computer and easy steps to navigate.

Can't believe I had to replace my laptop because the power connector didn't work anymore. Now this young lady made a few recommendations; when I suggested a different option, there was no push for a more expensive equipment. Very pleasant personality, very polite and knowledgeable. Bought this for my wife as she just needed a good system for browsing the internet and logging into her work network. Works great for what she needs and she really likes having the touch screen.

Let's put it like this, I've purchased 3 laptops and none of them met requirement but this one finally has. Touchscreen, widescreen, compatible with my 4 year college and then some. I love it!!!!!

This laptop was on sale at a great price. It meets all the needs that I have for personal use and appears to be very well made and will stand up to normal abuse. I have no complaints with this laptop.

Very simple to set up! The laptop walked you through everything and kept it simple. Its a little stubborn at times when connected to my phone, but overall its a really nice laptop that runs really nice.

I bought this laptop for my daughter who has beginners to medium understanding of computers. This laptop is easy to use but works great for her to search and use information for homework assignments.

Needed this to run construction design program and it works well. Wanted more space on the hard drive but this was such a great deal I went with it. Very happy with the laptop and highly recommend.

I used my computer for work. As a teacher I used a lot specially for presentations with my students. I used a lot for distance learning and video meetings with administrators and students.

I purchased this for my cousin but based on the price and the quality of the product I knew it would be a good buy. It is a little bigger and heavier than I thought but it was still a great buy.

It does what I ask it to do for the most part. It will display and stream videos from YouTube just fine. Web browsing is not a problem, and start up time is great. Word processing and other non intensive tasks operate well. However, this is not a gaming computer. When I attempted to use OBS Studio to livestream video out, the most resolution it could reliably put out without dropping frames at a set 30 frames per second was SD, 480p, not HD, 720p. Seeing as I didn’t buy it originally to do livestreams, I can’t complain. The touch screen works fine but I don’t use it as much as I thought I would.

This is truly a Best Buy. This is just the kind of lap top I wanted. The SSD makes it very fast. The booting up is so much faster than my older lap top. I have had this lap top for 3 weeks.

Easy to use and navigate, plenty of memory and ram, and overall high quality! Bought this as a gift for my wife after her chromebook did. She says it is the best laptop she has owned.

This Dell-Inspiron 15.6 is a good pc for home use. Doesn't have a lot of features but I only paid $349. I bought at the right time and saved $ 250. I am happy with this laptop.

Good deal for black friday. Intel I5 cpu, 256 gb nvme ssd and 8 gb ram & touch screen is great for $349.99. Screen isn't the greatest but for that price it was a deal to hard to pass up.

very good laptop. Perfect for home use, work, or even a little advanced too. I bought it at Black Friday with an excellent price, and I bought it again for my brother at a regular price.
