This a good laptop. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and got a great price right before Christmas. I like the Dell brand and this computer met all my requirements for power and memory.

I’ve really only gotten this laptop set up. Hoping to use it more this weekend. For whatever reason, I always dread the setting up, but this was pretty easy. I do like the talking feature.

I use this laptop for daily browsing and programming coding for basic college purpose. But when the using video editing it hangs and reboots . Touch is good but I prefer more of mouse

Laptop makes for a good school or home office laptop for those needing to work from home. Not meant for gaming by any means, but it boots quickly and touchscreen if very responsive.

Other than set up issues due to S mode, this computer is great. Dell should put information in the start up manual to show this short process including taking out a mode to load windows.

I was working with an old Chrome Book and it was so slow I couldn't do much work. I couldn't even upgrade it to give it more performance. This Laptop has solved that problem completely.

Had to get new laptop to support moving to Windows 10 since W7 was not being supported anymore. It was easy to set up and lightweight. It also came with 6 months free web security software.

bought this computer for my wife for school and it gets the job done. its not a gaming computer but does all the things you need it to do. easy to use, fast and light weight.

This is a good laptop if you like to have a thousand tabs open in your browser or you have a couple of debuggers or software running in the background. Great laptop for good price

I have had for about 2 weeks and so far so good. It was easy to set up and get started using. Battery is lasting. and response time is good. for the sale price it is a good deal.

I love the solid state drive on this, no more winding up the hard drive which makes this very fast!

Bought it for daughter going to college. She got out of S mode by herself and uses Google docs for all her school work so no need for Microsoft. She’s really happy with it so far.

Purchased for my wife for everyday use. She uses it for mostly for office type work. Works great for her needs. Plus the included touch screen is a nice addition.

I have a MacBook but also keep a Windows machine for work. Decided to go for this one because it was on sale and it has been great so far. Very good resolution for things like streaming video, and starts up quickly and runs very well. I have never owned a Dell before but so far I would give it two thumbs up. I have seen some people in the reviews complain about Windows being in S mode. It's very simple to switch out of that. When you go to download something it simply tells you that you are in S mode and asks you if you would like to switch out so you can download the program you need. You just tell it that you would and you're all set.

I have been using this laptop for about 18 months now with no problems. My only complaint is that the battery life seems a little on the short side.

Love my new laptop. Can't believe I have lived without touch screen this long. We upgraded the memory. Glad we made this purchase. Have recommended to friends already
