I was able download a number of programs and then was able to use the computer quickly. The screen is clear and being able to use touch screen is very helpful.

This laptop is very good for a day to day work. The 8th gen core i5 and 256gb helps much in giving it a good boot up/processing speed. Screen is HD which could have been a FHD in 2019 instead of giving it a touchscreen. Build quality is good. It's a bit heavy in weight though. Note - This comes with Win 10 home in S mode. You can disable it and get the regular Win 10 home. Just google it.

This laptops screen is easy to see,easy to set up. The touchscreen is fast to touch til you get use to it,changes apps quick. Bought it for a gift he loves it.
