Lots of help from Cortana, etc. Would be nice if it had an internal DVD R/W drive, but the inexpensive external LG one purchased with it works fine and takes up minimal space. I must be a lazy typist, because I have to disable the touchpad to keep from getting weird results. I have an ASUS laptop that seems to respond the same way and had to disable the touchpad on it as well. All in all, very happy with the device.

Nice laptop in reasonable price

The only drawback is the look and feel of the laptop as it has plain black plastic body. I am teaching Computer in 2 vocational institutes and after buying and using it, I recommend this laptop deal to my students and few of them already bought it on my recommendation as when I and my student bought it, it was in sale for around 350 and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks
