great computers, some difficulty with set up

They have been very happy with them ONCE they were able to get them set up. There was some difficulty in the beginning because the boys need to use Google Chrome for school and the systems would not allow them to download the browser. We had to do some searching and were finally able to work around the problem. Now all is well.

Saw other reviews about s-mode, so I was prepared. Not a heavy MS office user, so i un- installed 365 and loaded an older version. Black Friday price $349 was good deal for i5 gen 8 at the time. Added wireless mouse only as personal preference. Buy online and pick up in store- save a ton of time during busy holiday season

I Recommend this Dell, and Dells in general

Super dependable and durable. Has no problem performing with multiple programs open, and I attach it to multiple moniters. The display had a flashing issue in the beginning, but I think a bios update did the trick. All of my Dells have lasted a long time, so I keep going back.

Haven’t been able to remove S mode

Great Computer

It is bulky, but we needed one with the keypad on the side. So far it has not disappointed. It's being used for work purposes primarily, but also we use it for some design with Silhouette, Inkscape, Photoshop and the Glowforge with no issues. I will update if it glitches or something happens with it.
