Bought this Dell - Inspiron 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - Black after black Friday and returned it 2 days after because didn't like that it doesn't have a backlit keyboard, heat up quickly and doesn't come with Windows

Purchased for my granddaughter so that she could home school her son with sensory issues. She couldn't be happier and her son is learning more than he did in regular classroom at a faster rate. I have purchased quite a few HP computers and have been very happy with all of them.

It was much more difficult to set up than I expected. Aside from a lack of intuitive use in design, so far I like it. Might have given it higher stars but set up was difficult and it is not 'plug and play'. Still working on the learning curve after some weeks.

I do a lot all at once with dozens of tabs going at a time on multiple screens. This keeps up well and gets what I need done for college. Downfall is its in safe mode which means you cannot download everything but you can access from the web. Love it so far.

I bought this for my Sister and she really loved it. Streams fast and the touchscreen is very easy to use. She use it for checking emails and paying bills most of the time.

3 laptops were purchased for my practice, all have performed as advertised. The Windows 10 "S" version was simple to disable, and then I loaded Windows 10 pro as the software I use requires it. Everything has worked very well, would definitely buy again at a good price

I got it for my IT classes at school and with an upgrade to a 1 TB harddrive it is easily the best purchase I have made. And FYI the 250 GB it comes with is internal so the harddrive space is empty so for $60-$70 extra bucks you can add 1TB SATA of additional space.

This is a great laptop if you get it on sale. Picked it up for $350 around black Friday. Not as good a value at full list price. But for a solid, basic performing I5 based laptop for daily use - it has decent specs, memory, and storage.

My laptop died just before black Friday sales and I was looking for an inexpensive laptop, but a good one. I am using this laptop now to write this review. It is a very good laptop. I like the keyboard and it is very clean and clear. It was definitely a good buy.

Easier to work with than the last laptop I Had. Had to get a new office system for set up and I am struggling to figure out how everything works. This laptop works more quickly and going from one to another as I learn the new system is very quick and easy.

Bought this for my wife because she needed a new laptop, and after reading the reviews found that this would be the best option for the price. I'm glad I bought this one, it works really well, fast startup and load times, and the price was unbeatable.

Got this for Thanks giving in a deal. Gifted it to cousins. The only problem with this laptop is it comes with Windows 10 in s mode as Operating System. Did not notice it while purchasing. May be something that people should look for before buying it.

I purchased those laptops for my daughter for school and she is very satisfied with it she gets her work done and has no problems with the laptop at all very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend you guys to other people thanks so much

We bought this as a Christmas present for our 13 year old. She uses it almost daily without any problems. It worked great for attending school remotely. She plays games and stays connected with friends. It is a solid low to mid-range laptop.

I bought this as the Black Friday Special for my younger brother who will need a laptop for school & he absolutely loves it. The touch screen is great good picture quality. He plays games on there & there isn't much lagging if any so thats great.

Great computer for the internet. The only thing I dont like is the constant asking for updates. Every program now has its specific program updating system and it can get annoying. But the overall quality of the computer is good.

We have had this laptop for a few weeks. we have enjoyed the fast speeds of the processors and SSD. We would purchase this laptop again for the great price. This laptop comes as Windows - S but you can quickly upgrade it for free to Windows 10 Home.

This is a great mid-level laptop. As a student or even office laptop it would work for 90% of folks. I wouldn't try using it for video editing or anything requiring a high powered graphics card, but it does everything else very well.

Waiting for my computer person to transfer the old computer data to the new computer. What items I could transfer seems to be working fine. I’m happy to have a more updated computer. My old one was 10 yrs. old and I needed the upgrade.

Very good product it is fast start up to begin work. Has plenty of drive for storage. I was glad I bought the laptop for my family,so that my children could begin their remote learning from home ,because of this COVID-19 Pandemic
