This laptop connects easily to the internet and allows me to surf for hours. Mindlessly gazing upon the bright, colorful, and pleasing images until my grey matter becomes a softer, putty-like substance. So wonderful, this new life......

The computer is great, but I am disappointed in service plan I bought at Best Buy. The computer started glitching (mouse stopped working when I used Google Chrome and then just glitched up (couldn't re-start it) for days. After a week of it turned off, I started it back up and it worked fine. I was super disappointed that the Best Buy warranty I bought offered no support with this, but offered to have me send it away for two weeks and then I might have to still pay something. I couldn't afford to not have it for two weeks, so I had to buy a back up Chromebook. Not happy at all with service and still not sure what problem was.

Seems to be very good hardware for most basic computing needs. I didn't keep it myself because this was going to be a 2nd laptop I would be carrying daily, & was a little too heavy and actually had a larger screen than my work laptop.

Dell Inspiron is a great budget series. Their tech support phone calls are often routed outside of the US (not always I’ve noticed). They’re built fairly solid, if there’s an issue it’s usually a software issue.

It's a good basic Windows 10S laptop that was easy to change it to the regular Windows 10. It starts up amazingly quick due this Solid State hard drive. It handles everything from from spreadsheets to wordproccessing.

Got this Laptop for my wife along with MS Office and everything works quick and efficient. No hiccups or issues; Dell makes a good product. I bought this at a Black Friday-ish discount so got a lot of bang for the bucks!

Good performance, specs for growth. Not premium feel but that's OK for the price. Screen is nice, track pad is just OK. Came with s mode enabled which was easy to upgrade but I'm an it pro. May not be as intuitive for everyone.

The computer arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I was a little worried to purchase an open box from past experience with another company. No problems here! It was a birthday gift for my son who is working from home.

I bought this back in Dec, 2019. Out of the box & plugged in, it took only 2-3 mins. as it verbally talked/walked me through the setup. A good everyday laptop. Add'l memory upgrade was very simple with instructions from Dell support.

this laptop has everything you need to get your work done. Not designed for gaming by any means, but that is not what this was bought for. 256 gb SSD is nice and it has 8 GB of ram. plenty of power for what we need.

Good computer, easy to use. The only difficult thing is when you have to install a device to it. Very complicated and made us exit the regular windows version and go to s mode.

Overall this is a good entry-midsize laptop for people who only want to do everyday work. It can handle fast processing but show screen speed lagging when do HD video editting.

Bought this for my daughter. Great Black Friday deal. It’s obviously not the best, but more than enough for what she will use it for. The SSD makes the whole computer seem a little faster. I wished it had a sturdier housing.

My daughter is nine so thought this would be good for a Christmas present and school. For the Black Friday price it was cheap. It turn out to be a god sent with at home learning due to Covid-19. She uses it everyday.

This computer is perfect for myself and my wife. I run a business and don't always want to drag my office laptop back and forth. Now that I have this at home, I can do everything I need to from the comfort of my house if needed!

This purchase was awesome, got a discount due to a return item and had no problems what so ever with the laptop. Its light slim and accesses quickly for i ternet research.

I use this mainly to do work in my office as a second PC to my desktop. i also take it for out of town travels and use it for some light gaming (Civilization 5 mainly). Battery last long and the laptop isnt overly big or heavy

My wife wanted a laptop for casual surfing, but not a small notebook or chromebook since they don't seem as fully capable as a regular laptop. She was very happy with this purchase and uses it regularly with no complaints.

This computer was an excellent replacement for my daughter's older computer. Once I trimmed all the unnecessary apps and customized it, the computer performs perfectly. The solid state drive makes this computer fast and quiet.

I bought this for my daughter who was headed to college last spring. She loves it! Nice size and so far operates perfectly. Just what she wanted. Note: For reference - she is not a power user gamer type.
