Dell has quality computer products. My husband's last laptop lasted 10 years! We have been purchasing Dell Desktop computers and laptops for the last 30 years. I guess you can say we are life time customers!

It works great for normal day to day activities and have good processing speed too. Just a moussepad in laptop is little left to origin. But if you are using external mouse and keyboard, you should be good

Got this on Black Friday for a good price. You are not getting Mac quality. The viewing Angle is very limited. You have to tilt the screen just right. Keys fell good. The memory and storage are good for Black Friday prices. Large screen. Fans started instantly when I started playing League of Legends. One thing that is great is the battery!! Had it on stand by mode in the bad for 2 weeks. And the battery stayed at 99%. Which shocked me! Make sure you switch the mode! It comes loaded with a limited mode. Make sure you switch the mode to use it the way you want to use chrome.

Great for a student. Also great for an adult who really does not use technology too much. It's easy to use and not complicated.

One month in and I'm happy with my purchase. It took some time to get used to a different keyboard feel, but the computer runs great, it's quiet, and no WiFi connection issues. Setup was a breeze.

Initial setup was easy. The process for removing Windows Safe More was not easy and took a lot longer than it should. Would be better if there was an option to have the system configured without safe mode.

I run IT fir a very small business.new employee to picked this up for a new employe. It's a great little machine at a great price. It's hard to beat since the ram and hard drive a serviceable as well.

The display is a bit washed out because of the resolution, but the moment you get over this fact, this becomes a great proposition! Extremely fast bootup and shutdown, perfect for casual daily use.

This is a great basic computer for everyday usage by most. Does not necessarily compete with the "business" type computers but for the average everyday usage its great and comes at a great price point.

Nice laptop for school. Bought it for my daughter's college work. I changed operating system so that it would be easier for her to do her work, install other programs and print locally and remotely.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter who is in high school and it's great! The only thing is that we had to disable the S-mode in order install other required software.. but it was an easy task!

Don't like the fact that it keeps taking pictures of me from the center on the screen. It has a very bright flash. Thought they would at least try and hide the fact that they are spying on me.

This is my first laptop with solid state memory and it's great. Windows opens up almost immediately. The 256gb of memory plus another 256gb from my SD card is more than enough for my extensive photos.

The pc is ok I bought it on Black Friday for my kid so far looks ok it took forever to pick it up at Best Buy they were unable to find it I have to wait over a week and go 3 times before pick it up

Got it for my girlfriend for a birthday present for her small business. Superior quality over the other laptops I was looking at, might even replace my thinkpad carbon with this.

Best laptop for students on a budget. Very effective and fast. Downside is it does feel a little cheaper than other costlier laptops but you get what you pay for so its defiantly worth it.

I’ve always liked Dell pc and this one doesn’t disappoint. Great for home use. Best Buy ran a great Christmas sale on it. Geek squad got it ready for me so all I had to do was connect to my WiFi.

This is the best laptop deal of the year if you aren't into gaming and want to just use for work and movie purpose, 8GB RAM is sufficient and 256 SSD is so smooth. The display is too big and heavy.
