This laptop is amazing they automatically play audio as soon as you put them in your ears and pause when you take them out. A simple double-tap during music listening will skip forward.

I am able to continue my work without interruption after the Geek Squad set everything up for me. There are some new things that I am still learning but nothing gets in the way of doing my work.

Love this laptop, especially the touch-screen option. I only wish it had a "2-in-1," screen that folds back all the way around to switch to a tablet style.

I bought this computer for my fiancé for Christmas. I went to the store to ask for something that has a lot of storage and good for music production. They quickly showed my this. He loves it.

I had my eye on this laptop for some time and i am glad i caught it at a great price for Christmas. I purchased it for my son for his online assignments and school projects. He loves it!

This computer was sold at a sales prices. It came with a version of Windows 10 that has an S suffix. I could not load any additional software with this version. Anything I tried to load (printer, Googe chrome, Steam) was looped back to MS Store. and then ran in a loop always ending up back at MS store. It took me about 6 hours of research to figure out about this S suffix. Then I had to upgrade my version of Windows. Since then it has worked well. But I am not too happy with the touch screen and the keyboard. But overall it is acceptable.

I’ve only had this laptop for a few weeks. So far I’m pretty impressed. Great deal at door buster price!

I needed a laptop for remote work when COVID started. When I got to the store there was a limited amount of choices in stock. This was an open box deal and so far works fine.

So far so great! I am pleasantly surprised at how well it functions. Got this with great sale price around Thanksgiving and it functions well. Not for gaming, but i dont need that.

Great laptop for the price - the first one we bought didn't have the Microsoft key installed so we had to exchange it - very annoying - also the touch screen is a nuisance - never use it

I got it on black Friday last year and it was a killer deal so I can't complain. It's a well rounded laptop decent at everything but not really amazing at any one thing.

Got back to a Dell computer finally! Had a bit of trouble loading some programs, but bought the Total Tech protection and Geek Squad was able to get it all loaded and ready to go!!

I bought this laptop to work on my doctorate from home. I have an HP laptop at work and hands down, I like the Dell much better. Ease of use, keyboard, all much better on the Dell.

We love this laptop. It's very similar to our work ones which cost quite a bit more. Nice processor, touch-screen, and the solid state drive is very quick. Powers up or down very fast.

Bought this laptop for my 93-year-old father to replace an aging Windows 7 laptop. So far, so good. He is thrilled with the faster performance and he caught on to Windows 10 easily.

Decent computer for school work, internet use and streaming. Not for intensive CAD or gaming. Bought it because of the SSD. Screen res is OK. Not rugged so treat with general care

Purchased for my grandson at Christmas upon recommendation from Best Buy staff. It is complementary to the desk top he is used to. It fits in his backpack so he can take it to class.
